Protur Turo Pins Hotel Spa

Currently staying at this hotel and it’s great. The rooms are a good size, pool is nice and relaxed, no problem getting a sun bed at any time. The staff are fantastic, all really friendly and focussed on good service. The location is good, near to Cala Agulla beach, cala Lliteras for snorkelling, and about 15min walk down to the harbour and town.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the harbour, shops and beach in the other direction. The hotel and rooms are immaculate. All staff are very friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed twice not but I don’t think we would stay again. This could easily become a 5* hotel with a few simple changes. Food was pretty average, we only ever used breakfast time to get a coffee, supermarket for fresh baguettes at lunch then out to the harbour in the evening. The food could be so much better! The beds are rock hard and the children are left sleeping together on a fold out metal sofa bed! Not great! The spa again could be so much better too. Perhaps make this adult only? The jacuzzi and saunas were out of service. A coffee machine in the lobby would be a nice touch for early risers or those relaxing in the evening. The coffee machine and orange juice machine is turned off at evening meal times so you’re forced to buy a drink! Hence we just went out for food and drink. The food is amazing by the harbour. There is always plenty of sunbeds all day long so no sun bed wars here thank god. It’s a nice peaceful hotel and a little hidden gem but it could be so much better too with a few simple changes.

Too expensive for what it is The rooms are nice, but the food is mediocre. Drinks are very expensive, and there’s no pitcher of water on the table. The waiter wouldn’t let us bring in our own bottle of water. The buildings are crammed right up against each other, and the pool is tiny.

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff in all areas. When we arrived we were greeted by 2 people in reception who checked us in quickly and explained about the hotel. A welcome glass of Cava was also provided. The hotel grounds are immaculate, the swimming pool was pleasingly warm. Restaurant staff were good at breakfast and dinner. Moreno who greeted us most of our stay when dining is a wonderful asset to the hotel. Always cheerful and ready to help. The chef named Francis was also really good. His chicken skewers were first class. Always something in the restaurant that suited our taste. Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard by the young lady who cleaned the third floor in block A. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return if visiting Cala Ratjada.

Just got back from an amazing week at the Protur Turo Pins Hotel in Cala Rajada and I already miss it! This place is an absolute gem. Honestly, if you're looking for a chill, friendly, and just all-around lovely spot for your holiday, book this now. First things first, let's talk about the beds. Oh my goodness, I don't know what kind of magic mattresses they have there, but I slept like a baby every single night. After a day of hiking and beach-hopping, sinking into that bed was pure heaven. We actually looked forward to going to bed—how often can you say that on vacation?! The whole place is spotlessly clean. I'm a bit of a clean freak, and I was seriously impressed. Our room was pristine, the pool area was always being tidied up, and everything just felt fresh and well looked-after. Big thumbs up. But the real stars of the show are the staff. Everyone was so genuinely nice and helpful. The folks at reception gave us great tips for hidden beaches, the waiters were always smiling and quick to help, and the cleaning staff were lovely. They made us feel right at home, like we were staying with friends. And the food?! So good. The breakfast had everything you could possibly want, from fresh pastries to a proper cooked breakfast. But the dinners were the real winner. The buffet had loads of choice, with some seriously tasty local dishes alongside classics. We definitely didn't go hungry! The location is perfect too—nice and peaceful, surrounded by trees, but just a short walk to the incredible Cala Agulla beach and into the cute town of Cala Rajada for a drink. We had the best time and are already scheming about how to go back. You really can't go wrong with Turo Pins Hotel.
