Protur Turo Pins Hotel Spa

Just got back from an amazing week at the Protur Turo Pins Hotel in Cala Rajada and I already miss it! This place is an absolute gem. Honestly, if you're looking for a chill, friendly, and just all-around lovely spot for your holiday, book this now. First things first, let's talk about the beds. Oh my goodness, I don't know what kind of magic mattresses they have there, but I slept like a baby every single night. After a day of hiking and beach-hopping, sinking into that bed was pure heaven. We actually looked forward to going to bed—how often can you say that on vacation?! The whole place is spotlessly clean. I'm a bit of a clean freak, and I was seriously impressed. Our room was pristine, the pool area was always being tidied up, and everything just felt fresh and well looked-after. Big thumbs up. But the real stars of the show are the staff. Everyone was so genuinely nice and helpful. The folks at reception gave us great tips for hidden beaches, the waiters were always smiling and quick to help, and the cleaning staff were lovely. They made us feel right at home, like we were staying with friends. And the food?! So good. The breakfast had everything you could possibly want, from fresh pastries to a proper cooked breakfast. But the dinners were the real winner. The buffet had loads of choice, with some seriously tasty local dishes alongside classics. We definitely didn't go hungry! The location is perfect too—nice and peaceful, surrounded by trees, but just a short walk to the incredible Cala Agulla beach and into the cute town of Cala Rajada for a drink. We had the best time and are already scheming about how to go back. You really can't go wrong with Turo Pins Hotel.

We have just returned from another great stay at this hotel. The room was perfect for a family, we had a terrace last year but only a balcony this year as this was all that was available however it didn’t make a difference to us. Pool is great, kids spent hours in it, sun loungers were mostly taken each day but could generally find one or two if you came there later on. We were half board but didn’t eat there every night as we have some restaurants we like to go to in Cala Ratjada. A couple of very good themed nights, two that were not so great but on the whole ok. We will definitely return, thanks again!

This was our second vist to this exceptional hotel, our previous visit was 7-years ago and with our children a bit older now, and a few years having passed, we weren't sure what to expect. I can safely say it's still an exceptional hotel and we can't wait to go back yet again. A huge shout-out to all the staff - front-desk, kitchen, dining, cleaning, maintenance - everyone is amazing, polite and welcoming. I also need to give a special thanks to the bar and entertainment team that really were the icing on the cake for our holiday - they all made it so special for us and were so friendly to our children. A huge thank you to to Biel, both of the Toni's, Zaira and Sveti (hope I've spelt her name correctly). We ended up extending our stay by 3-days because they all made us feel so welcomed!! thank you to all the team at the Protur Turo Pins!!

Excellent staff who were warm and welcoming from arrival. Rooms were comfortable and spacious for a family as well as them being exceptionally clean. Brilliant food from the restaurant with a range of different choices and the chefs were also very good. Special mention to Toni at the bar by the pool who was very friendly and helpful. Also Mariano who was front of house for the resturant was also very friendly and welcoming as we checked in every night, he consistently checked up on us asking if things were all good.

Our stay at the Protur Turó Pins Hotel was absolutely fantastic, earning every one of its four stars! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the incredibly friendly and warm staff who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their genuine care was evident in every interaction. The welcome drinks were much appreciated after our journey from the airport. The rooms were spacious and meticulously clean, maintained to a very high standard, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. Rooms were fully air conditioned and the storage within the rooms for all our clothing was more than ample. The food was outstanding, offering an abundance of choice and options that satisfied every craving. Each night there was a theme but it was done very subtly and with style. The chefs cooking at the grill were very friendly and professional. A special mention must go to Mariano at the front of house in the restaurant. His welcoming presence and excellent service truly enhanced our dining experience. Outside, the pool area was well-maintained, and we felt completely safe with an excellent lifeguard on duty. The pool bar was well stocked and the lunchtime snacks were delicious. Lots to choose from and freshly made to order. The bar staff were great, always greeted you with a friendly hello and smile. They were all very helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel's location is also superb, just a short walk from the beautiful beach and conveniently close to the port. A very well run 4* hotel, with really high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. We loved every minute of our time here and cannot recommend the Protur Turó Pins Hotel highly enough. It's the perfect spot for a memorable and enjoyable holiday!
