Riu Bravo

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to anyone. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the excellent location, which made it easy to explore the area. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious food. Everything was well organized, and I felt welcomed from check-in to check-out. Overall, my experience was very enjoyable, and I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

We had a really great time at Riu Bravo. The staff was warm and kind. Food was excellent. Lots of dishes to choose from and always some special signature dishes every night. They call it All inclusive, but it really isn´t. You get three drinks for every meal, thats is. If you want a something by the pool you have to pay for it. Well, I get it. People tend to be really drunk at the end of the day. So this didn´t bother me at all. But I think some drinks could be inluded by the bar or in the Salon. The room was fine. Very clean and cleaned every day. Beds were big and comfy. The pillow was a little bid to hard for my liking but not a problem. Sleeping quality was good. If you are sensitive for noise this may not be the best option for you. People (mostly Germans) were running in the corridors during the night banging on doors and talking out loud. Not a big deal for me. After all this is Palma and we all know it is a big partyzone. Pool was very nice. Clean and refreshing. Nice temperature. Location is spot on. Very close to the sea. When we checked out I had to pay for drinks I didn´t order. This was annoying. No answer on my emails and hard to get contact. At last I got an excuse and they wired back my money. Probably someone else had ordered on my room. This event drops my rating from 5 to 4. I think this was poorly managed. Just the night before I had praised the hotel to the kitvhen manager. Bonus for the really nice waitress from Brasil who poured up the wine. The best strength of this Hotel is the personel and the food. 5/5. Best Per Karlsson

Hotel lovely and staff. All inclusive wasn’t all inclusive.. drinks with meals included in deal was ridiculous. Beer in wine glass. Soft drinks beverages were closed at 12 midnight. Open 10am. Snack bar closed early. More like half board. Not a family hotel, all lads drunk around the pool. Took over swim up bar. Would never go back and recommend to any one.

Best all inclusive cuisine i've ever had, better than all 5* hotels i've visited yet. Huge variety and quality of food. Little complaint about sleep: walls between rooms are like paper (like most hotels), but worst thing is noise from corridor. We've heard every step, every lift movement and every door closing on our floor. But i'm little bit lightsleeper....so if you're good sleeper, dont bother about it. Overall really great hotel

The hotel itself is nice, clean, and well maintained. The air conditioning works brilliantly, which is a huge plus, and the food is good with plenty of choice. However, we were very disappointed with the "all-inclusive" package. We booked this holiday last year, but government rules changed in January, meaning this is now an all-inclusive hotel with no spirits included. You can still buy spirits at the bar, which makes calling it "all-inclusive" feel misleading. Beer and wine are limited to three drinks per person at lunch and dinner, so we ended up buying a bottle of vodka from a local shop to add to the non-alcoholic cocktails ourselves. If alcohol isn't included, the hotel should be upfront about it rather than advertising it as all-inclusive. Another major issue was the noise. The hotel is mainly occupied by German guests, and unfortunately many were extremely loud late at night and in the early hours of the morning. Every morning so far we've been woken between 4:00 and 5:00 a.m. by people returning from nights out, shouting in the corridors and banging on doors. We reported this to reception, but were simply told to call security. If we call security, the disturbance would likely have ended, making it an ineffective solution. We came here as a couple for a relaxing break without our children, but instead we've had several disrupted nights' sleep. It's a real shame because the hotel itself has many good qualities, but the misleading all-inclusive offering and lack of control over noisy guests have spoiled our holiday. Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend this hotel.
