Riu Bravo

Very noisy, most of the staff were on their phones and heaven help you if you bothered them. This was our 3rd RIU hotel. For the elite club it was not worth the money. We will not recommend this place.

Lovely hotel, very clean. Reception staff very helpful as was the staff in the dinning room. Food was amazing and plenty of options. I would certainly go back and stay in this hotel.

This hotel would easily be 5/5 if they would only heat the pool slightly. It usually doesn't bother me, but the water was so cold virtually no-one got in! Fortunately there was an indoor pool that felt slightly heated but it's not the same when the sun is out. The hotel was immaculately clean, the rooms were modern and the food was some of the best I've had in a Spanish hotel. The breakfast was so much better than the usual attempt at an English breakfast, with decent sausages, eggs, bacon and beans. The hotel is close to quite a lively area and you can just about hear the noise but I wouldn't say it was loud. The area IS dominated by German bars and food places though, but the beer tasted so much better than the cheap UK beers in Magaluf. A taxi from the airport is between 20-25 Euros so it was about the same price as booking the transport option on Love holidays, but so much quicker.

Beautiful hotel in a great location very close to beach and walkway. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Buffet in main restaurant has great choice of food, only three beers or wine with lunch and dinner. Plenty of sun beds around pools, everything cleaned every day. Large terrace and inside areas with plenty of comfortable chairs available. The rooms are spacious with 2 large single beds together, a two seater couch and a balcony with two chairs and small table.

It's a great hotel, friendly staff, but at the bar if you ask free cocktails they're certainly not happy to make them. The food is OK, but don't expect much variety but it's due to the German culture. If I know this hotel is hear of the German community, I wouldn't book it. The pools are clean and well maintained. Spa and the Turkish bath are excellent 👌. The gym is well equipped and I loved to do my workout everyday, but a basic heavy duty bench are much missed. So try to get a bench for workout and would be perfect. Also, it could be open from 7am. The coffee machine also would be better to be operated 24h as not just from 10am. Early birds are not welcomed 😅 the location is OK, but as I mentioned, it's in hearth of the German area and the beer garden or who know what it is just a street down so expect a bit of noise. We stayed at the inner side so it was quite. Overall, it was great and I would book it again. Ohh the TV is German too, so don't expect any English channels. Rooms are clean and the housekeeping is superior. We had broken fridge and dripping toilet but we could live with them. Billiard or table tennis would be appreciated, and other entertainment too. The evening show was great, I would like to mention the Hot Mess, the two ladies they're great 👍.
