Amazing hotel! The staff works so hard to make you feel comfortable. Amazing service and kindness!!!

Extremely nice staff (waiters, receptionists, cleaners), they were friendly for my son. Wide variety of food, and it was delicious. There was one thing, what we didn't like. There was a silly rule with the pool. "No ball in pool". My two-year-old son couldn't even catch the ball because it was forbidden.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. It has everything, great staff, great food, pools, swim up bar, cocktails, spacious rooms, air conditioning. 100% the best. We will return. We spent a lot of time at the pools, sun loungers were available every day, and the food and drink stations in that area were brilliant, the pool lifeguards were very helpful and friendly, especially Jose Maria and Cristian.

Can't fault it at all - lovely & clean, excellent facilities, great selection of food, amazing staff x only down point was - Hotel had an issue with an unruly guest in the pool bar - dealt with swiftly, but he should have been thrown out of the hotel completely

Location of the hotel is close to the beach and close to lots of restaurants. Beach is lovely. Hotel restaurant for all inclusive food was very hit or miss. Sometimes it was good others it wasn’t great. The pools in the hotel were not as clean as we would have liked and they are smaller than they look on the pictures. The pools are surrounded my trees and there were leaves everywhere. Hotel room was good; nice bed, clean, good room service, bathroom was big, shower pressure could have been better. Balcony was nice. Our safe did lock us out several times and we had to get staff to come and fix it. Unfortunately they only serve beer or wine with meals and you can only have 3 all inclusive alcoholic drinks with meals. We were unhappy with the all inclusive food and drink and the pools but hotel staff were nice enough and room was clean and satisfactory. Area of hotel was good we spent a lot of time at beach and along the strip.
