The Good The hotel’s location is excellent – close to the sea and with easy access to the surrounding area. Another strong point is the staff. The personnel work very hard and do their best under difficult conditions. Reception in particular is handling numerous complaints with patience and professionalism. It is clear that the front-line employees are committed, even when resources are lacking. The Bad Unfortunately, the overall state of the hotel shows years of underinvestment. Room facilities are poorly maintained, and issues are often patched rather than properly repaired. In our stay, one room smelled of sewage due to a leak under the toilet that was only siliconed over. The second room had an air-conditioning unit that barely cooled the room and sounded like a diesel engine. Dining is another major disappointment. The dining hall has no windows, giving it a very gloomy atmosphere. Decoration is minimal, food is presented in cold light without creativity, and the quality is inconsistent. Some dishes are fine, but overall the food is bland, and the dessert section is among the worst we have encountered in any hotel – with cake-like products that feel industrial and perfectly devoted of any taste. Coffee distribution at breakfast is also catastrophically badly organised even if the coffee itself is great. The general impression is that the hotel is being “run into the ground” with savings visible everywhere: toilets, air conditioning, decoration, and dining. Compared to the hotel across the road (Parque Nereida), where management presence and better investment are evident, this hotel feels neglected and mismanaged. Recommendations to the Hotel Invest in maintenance and infrastructure: fix toilets, air conditioning, and other basic facilities properly rather than patching them. Improve the dining experience: brighten up the dining room with creative decoration or displays, invest in food presentation and variety, and raise the quality of desserts and breakfast service. Support your staff: the personnel are doing their best but need adequate resources, proper staffing, and visible management support. This hotel has strong potential thanks to its location and dedicated team. But unless serious improvements are made in maintenance, management, and the culinary offer, I cannot recommend it and would not stay again.

Absolutely amazing stay here, cannot fault it. All staff were friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. There was always a subbed available, no matter what time you went down in the morning. The food was good, not excellent, and some nights were better than others but there was always something to eat and the man at the grill was lovely and worked so hard . I would recommend to anyone and hope to be able to come back one day myself.

This Hotel and location are excellent. Ther Hotel was pristine everywhere. I stayed with my eldest daugher in two rooms with side sea views. The rooms were beautifully decorated in a modern style and the beds were very comfortable. All the staff desreve complementing on their outstanding service and happy polite manner. We stayed on a half board basis and the food was good with plenty of choice. Pool is large and there was never an issue with sunbeds. I would return here again most definitely.
