TUI BLUE Levante

I would like to thank Victor and Alessandro on reception for helping my husband get a doctor to me on our recent holiday at the Tui Blue Levante hotel. I took ill half way through our holiday and was impressed with the support and help in getting everything organised for us. The Doctor came promptly, but afterwards the Pharmacist could not read his writing on one of the prescriptions. Victor and Alessandro stepped in and helped, their Spanish and English being excellent, their service was even better. They persevered with the surgery, speaking to several people, until they could get the name of the medicine spelt out properly. When my husband thanked them they said it is "literally our job." This may be true but having stayed in many hotels the average receptionist does not seem to care as much as Victor and Alessandro. They told us this was the ethos of this hotel. Service is at the core of what they do. We found this to be true throughout our holiday. Well done Guys, well done TUI Blu Levante. The high quality service was matched by a thoroughly clean hotel serving excellent food.

Everything was excellent, cleanliness, staff, great location, didn’t go to the entertainment so can’t comment. Our room had a beautiful sea view and you could hear the waves lapping on the foreshore. The food had plenty of choice. I would really recommend this hotel.

Just come back from Tui Blue Levante Cala Bona 10 days of total relaxation. Good food, good accommodation and good evening entertainment. The staff are amazing and very hard working. The hotel location is perfect for the beach, shops, restaurants and day trips Swimming in the sea by the hotel was wonderful. Bus stop nearby takes you to Cala Ratjada or the Ratjada Express boat from the harbour. Porto Cristo by bus or boat. And the lovely town of Son Servera. Perfect for the Friday morning market and finishing with a delicious lunch at Peperoncino restaurant. Bus or an easy walk to Son Servera from the hotel. Plus, nearby, little Summers cafe Cala Bona overlooking the sea. Wonderful coffee with milk - cafe con leche or later a Sangria. Finally a very big thank you to the hotel for giving us a wonderful holiday. 🏖🥂

We are here at the moment, but having read a couple of bad reviews before we came, I wanted to give a review while I’m here and again when I’m home. We have just returned from yet another visit to the Levante and since its refurbishment it is still in very good, modern, condition and with just a short walk to the little harbour with its bars/restaurants is in a good water's edge location. The hotel staff are all very friendly and polite and all work hard to please the guests. The buffet offers a good range of food but like most buffets its is mainly only 'warm'. Have to say we were a bit disappointed with our visit to the "a la carte" restaurant. However the drinks in the hotel are all reasonably priced. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of storage and hot water and are all well looked after by the house keeping team however we have a complaint. The beds are very comfortable but the pillows are two different sizes/shape and are not comfortable at all. Our other complaint is on each balcony table is an 'ash tray'. Although we did not have smoking neighbours it could have been an issue should they had been smokers. These should be removed and make smoking in the rooms or on the balcony prohibited. Will we go again to the TUI Blue Levante - most certainly. Not to be confused with the Levante Park across the road.
