Our first visit to this wonderful hotel and it exceeded all our expectations. Viktor and the other Reception staff were polite and helpful on arrival and our room was bright and comfortable with a great rain shower. We had a Superior twin room with sea and pool view which got the sun nearly all day and was quiet in the evening as it was away from the outdoor entertainment area. I took part in Yoga and fitness classes with Reule and the Sunrise yoga on the beach was a wonderful experience. We also took part in French boules, Kubb, table tennis and darts with Kevin and Samuel and listened to several of the evening entertainment acts. The Tui Welcome Meeting with Jan was very informative and amusing!. The location of the hotel is perfect - right on the beach and you can walk out of the hotel and turn right or left and enjoy a flat walk to either the Harbour area of Cala Bona or as far as Cala Millor. The food was very good and the Gala Dinner magnificent. Sun beds round the pool were booked early but we enjoyed the Sun Deck on the 3rd floor and found it so relaxing. The clientele is mainly British and largely repeat guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and look forward to returning.

we came for 7 days (31/08/26-07/09/26) and it was possibly one of the best hotels we have been too we have no fault at all, all the little added extras we didn’t expect was lovely and was 100% worth the value we paid. the food was 10/10 in the restaurant most days and the staff was lovely always on the ball cleaning up constantly and always there if you needed a drink or anything. the atmosphere was nice and relaxing around there was just enough going on around the pool with pool yoga/aqua fitness/pool quiz/french boules but that was near the snack bar on the beach, sunbed wars wasn’t a problem at all one day we got three sunbeds at around 2:30 in the afternoon and the rest we only put them on between 8:30/9:00 and we always got the beds we wanted. it is in a fabulous location as it is right near the beach and the little coves which are fab for swimming in and it is in the centre so not to far from the harbour and a short walk into cala millor, we usually started at the music bar (60’s) and slowly made our way down the harbour but stopping back in the hotel before and after. the rooms was absolutely spotless and the nice little extras of the robes/slippers and the wine/fruit/water, the beds was comfortable. the entertainment was amazing which we already new before we came to this hotel as we have stayed in cala bona 3x prior, all of the waiting/bar staff was lovely constantly rushed off their feet but always having time to help, there was one waiter which we didn’t manage to catch his name but we drew a little sheet of doodles one night on the table as abit of fun as we just expected it to go on the bin and the very next night the same waiter brought the drawing back to us saying it was beautiful which was really nice. the snack bar also served really nice food and drinks for during the day. we was in room 507 and the noise level was perfectly fine we thought and we was facing the entertainment area, i came back early the first night as we had been up all night and managed to get to sleep even when freddie mercury was playing. overall 10/10 hotel and we will 100% be back again.

I spent 7 nights here as a solo guest. First impressions were very good, swift check in and drink offered on arrival, case taken straight to the room. I was very pleased with the room, it was spotless, very spacious with a side sea view and looking out onto the entertainment area. Bathroom was fabulous with a waterfall and hand held shower and slightly raised toilet. The hotel itself is very nice and located by a small beach which I think the website picture gives the impression this beach is private for hotel guests. Just to say it is for public use and sun-beds are chargeable at €11.60 for 1 bed and umbrella which comes with a lockable safe. I did use the beach most days as it was near on impossible to get sun-bed by the pool, there is a terrace area on level 3 with beds but again not always possible to get one. The food was ok, I’m Pescatarian so there was quite a lot of choice, I would say though that quite often the food was lukewarm if that and the fish was always very overcooked and often stuck to the serving tray, It was very hit and miss as to whether a drinks order would be taken as it was often difficult trying to find someone to ask so some nights I gave up. The evening entertainment was very good with something going on every night and didn’t finish too late, again it was sometimes difficult to get a drink in this area as there didn’t seemed to be many staff on some nights so a few times I had to go up to the bar to order. I would say that the staff didn’t seem very friendly especially in the buffet restaurant. Having said that the hotel is absolutely spotless with clean towels and a bottle of water in the room everyday and the location is excellent. If I were asked what suggestions could be made I would say maybe offer coffee meet ups for any solo guests, I did put a message on the TUI app but didn’t get any response.
