TUI BLUE Levante

Went here 2 years ago it was good Today went for dinner lamb was like leather. Veal was cold asked waitress why she said its served cold so i went to buffet and it was on a hot plate Definatly going down hill

Clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Good storage in rooms. Large bathroom. Tea/coffee/water supplied. Location good. Man made beach area unusable. Forget trying to get a sunbed. Sunbed area packed in like sardines. Snack bar food & drink good. Prices reasonable. Main restaurant fair. Friendly staff. My room like many overlooked the entertainment and seating area. Noise was just awful even with the door closed. Many customers asked to be moved but hotel was full. Tui not interested at all upon my return. Hotel description certainly didn’t match. Wouldn’t return.

Just arrived home after another 10 nights at TUI blue lev . Brilliant hotel but got 2 gripes No:1 shower last few days was either red hot or freezing cold alternating every 30 seconds. No :2 the usual suspect! sunbed wars .one morning a guy was sat there at 5.30 I don't call that a holiday.they should number the beds n allocate you one for your stay there's no arguments then they all get sun most of the day .Got to mention lastly the lifeguard girl hope her parents are proud of her what a pleasure she was ,very hard worker looking after us all.

Third annual visit to hotel Levante Blu at Cala Bona was a slight disappointment from previous years for the following reasons: 1. We paid extra for a superior room with sea and pool views and were allocated a room on the ground floor. Room was fine until the next morning when at around 6.30 am till 8.00am we were woken by mindless and inconsiderate people slamming doors, having loud conversations and moving sunbeds around the pool to reserve their spot. This continued throughout the week on a daily basis which meant that what was supposed to be a week of relaxation was spoilt.management need to look at this problem and introduce some sort of control. 2. Food this year was certainly not as good as previous years. Breakfast was of a high standard but the evening meal this year was disappointing as the food quality wasn’t as good. Variety of meats and fish on the show cooking was prominently pork and salmon and only slight variations throughout the week. 3. Too many people from outside the hotel watching the entertainment meant that a lot of the elderly guests could not get seats. We don’t bother with the entertainment but on entering the hotel at 11.00 pm each night we were caught in a stampede of people leaving the hotel. Fine for us as we could get a seat anywhere at 11.00 pm but other people we met who wanted to stay in the hotel were not happy.

We both absolutely love this hotel ..we have visited 6 times once again perfect ..food. Staff cleaning staff bar staff excelled ..restaurant food not one complaint beautiful choice of food.
