TUI BLUE Levante

Third time staying at the Levante and had an amazing time again. Spotlessly clean and staff friendly and helpful. Had a room overlooking the outdoor seating area and harbour beyond and it was just beautiful to sit on the balcony with a coffee or a wine and just take it all in. Seen other reviews about food and can’t understand how anyone could be disappointed as there is so much choice for all courses and always extra choices being cooked by the chef too. Breakfasts more than you could want to be honest and food to a good standard. My only one little gripe would be the coffee machine could be better- I normally look forward to my lovely frothy coffee in the morning but this wasn’t as good as I’ve had elsewhere. Drinks in hotel were surprisingly reasonable and prices fully listed out so no confusion over what to pay. Plenty of tea and coffee in room and I loved the bath robes in wardrobe which came in handy several times. The hotel is situated very close to the harbour and all flat so easy to get there or a little further walk to Cala Millor with plenty of shops and restaurants. Thank you Levante for another lovely stay, we will be back ❤️

This hotel is lovely and clean. The staff are excellent and the location is beautiful. However, the food isn’t as good as it used to be. The breakfasts were excellent and the bread rolls always fresh. The coffee is very good, but the evening meals were erratic in quality. The salad choice was still good but the salads were in four rows so you had to reach over other bowls to get things. Not hygienic and difficult to reach for some people. There were vegan and veggie choices (I’m veggie) but not always well cooked. One night two savoury dishes were made with sweetened soya milk in the sauce which was odd. Other nights they were good. The cooking quality was up and down. My main complaint was the dessert table which was limited. I did complain to the manager and it improved. The small cakes were on foil, so bought in I think. It felt like cost cutting was being implemented. The Tui staff were great. Especially Samuel who played boules even when we were the only ones there. We would recommend the hotel but they need to sort out the food.

Just back from a 4 day break.The hotel is spotlless, the cleaning ladies are fantastic, i have never known a hotel where they clean the glass bslconies thoroughly every day ! All the staff are really professional .Ww went HB, the breakfast is excellent plenty of choice.The buffet evening meal was good, the only let down was it wasnt very hot, however there is a microwave.The evening entertainent was good & the bar priced were very reasonable.We had a very relaxing enjoyable stay here &:would definately be back

Still here at the moment we have booked through TUI for the last 40 years when it was originally Thomson holidays and I can say this has been brilliant

Hotel lovely and clean. The only let down is the food. Evening meal very boring, desserts very poor for a tui blue hotel. Cracked glass on pool bar steps, needs to be replaced. Also I don't like the idea of having drinks in glasses around the pool.....nit very safe if one gets smashed
