TUI BLUE Levante

Just arrived home after another 10 nights at TUI blue lev . Brilliant hotel but got 2 gripes No:1 shower last few days was either red hot or freezing cold alternating every 30 seconds. No :2 the usual suspect! sunbed wars .one morning a guy was sat there at 5.30 I don't call that a holiday.they should number the beds n allocate you one for your stay there's no arguments then they all get sun most of the day .Got to mention lastly the lifeguard girl hope her parents are proud of her what a pleasure she was ,very hard worker looking after us all.

Third annual visit to hotel Levante Blu at Cala Bona was a slight disappointment from previous years for the following reasons: 1. We paid extra for a superior room with sea and pool views and were allocated a room on the ground floor. Room was fine until the next morning when at around 6.30 am till 8.00am we were woken by mindless and inconsiderate people slamming doors, having loud conversations and moving sunbeds around the pool to reserve their spot. This continued throughout the week on a daily basis which meant that what was supposed to be a week of relaxation was spoilt.management need to look at this problem and introduce some sort of control. 2. Food this year was certainly not as good as previous years. Breakfast was of a high standard but the evening meal this year was disappointing as the food quality wasn’t as good. Variety of meats and fish on the show cooking was prominently pork and salmon and only slight variations throughout the week. 3. Too many people from outside the hotel watching the entertainment meant that a lot of the elderly guests could not get seats. We don’t bother with the entertainment but on entering the hotel at 11.00 pm each night we were caught in a stampede of people leaving the hotel. Fine for us as we could get a seat anywhere at 11.00 pm but other people we met who wanted to stay in the hotel were not happy.

We both absolutely love this hotel ..we have visited 6 times once again perfect ..food. Staff cleaning staff bar staff excelled ..restaurant food not one complaint beautiful choice of food.

Just returned after a week half board. Positives Room was immaculate, plenty of space, cleaned immaculately every day and view was unreal. Pool area very clean and nice and peaceful but people leaving towels on beds and not using them all day. Staff freindly and helpful. Location excellent. Entertainment was as good as any holiday I've been on. Prices at bar very reasonable. Breakfast was OK. Hoel is a 2 min walk to Cala bona and 10 min walk to Cala Millor Negatives Beach beds not set up till halfway through our stay, then there is a charge of €16.60 which is not mentioned in the advertisement with tui. No sand on beach so almost impossible to walk into the sea due to sharp rocks. Transfer from airport took over 2 hours. Evening food was a real let down. Not the best of choices for the theme nights. For example the Italian night had no spaghetti bolognese or meat lasagne. Loved the area and would return but probably a different hotel.

Lovely hotel.staff are really friendly and very helpfull.the rooms are lovely and clean. Free bottle of water and biscuits daily.lovely clean bedding daily. The food was great. Great value . We will be returning again next year.
