Excellent hotel staff food and location. Charge for beds and parasol on beach . Sun beds round pool not enough .towels on beds from 6am so hard to get beds

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary in this hotel and although they were told prior our arrival no acknowledgment was made from the staff. Other hotels would have left a bottle of cava in the room. No. So don't go if you are celebrating..the cleaning of the room left a lot to be desired. The floor was mopped and that was it. You had to get up early to get a hard sunbed but that was not guaranteed. A member of staff came round at 7am to remove towels at random. Entertainment was random. Also they put the big screen down to watch the England semi final. It buffered like hell. Also most of the staff were given the night off which meant very long queues at the bar and very full tables due to glasses not getting collected. All in all not the holiday we expected from tui

We are currently here on holiday and this is our 3rd visit to the Levante. I’m going to review our whole experience so far so strap in! Check in - absolutely fantastic. Quick, friendly and efficient. We were warmly greeted and presented with a lovely cooling (non alcoholic) cocktail. This was very welcome after a long and very hot journey. Our bags were brought into reception for us and then delivered quickly to our room which was ready for us, even though we arrived a little early . Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you. Room - we treated ourselves to a junior suite this time and we are delighted. Fabulous storage, a separate sleeping and lounge area, huge bathroom which has the most amazing ‘shower with a view’ and three sets of windows: two of which are patio doors that lead onto the double balcony and one which opens Juliet style. All of which give us an amazing panoramic sea view. The air conditioning is extremely effective and very welcome in this current heatwave. We are on the second floor and yes although we don’t face the entertainment quad outside, it can be a little loud whilst the show is on. However the bands are so good it’s no inconvenience and it is over by 11pm and then it is really quiet and peaceful: just the sound of the waves. The beds are super comfortable and we get a great nights sleep. Perfect!! Housekeeping. Our room, and the entire hotel, is spotless. The housekeeping staff are fantastic, friendly and work so hard. Thank you. Food - do not take any notice of poor reviews. The food at this hotel is incredible. There is something for everyone no matter your tastes. It is piping hot and refreshed regularly with show cooking stations every night. Tonight was a ‘gala dinner’ which was nothing short of magnificent. Breakfast is wonderful, so much choice. The restaurant staff are also brilliant. A particular shout out to Patricia and Sebastian, but everyone goes out of their way to make sure your dining experience is perfect. Pool - this is the only negative. The pool deck is far too small for the size of the hotel and unless you want to get up at 6am and join in the sun bed, chair and brolly ‘reserving’ then you won’t get by the pool. It is exceptionally hot here right now and this is disappointing, particularly given that this is a 4* hotel. There are notices that say belongings put down before 7 will be removed but this does not happen. We just accept this and use the indoor spa pool. Come on Levante sort this out!! Spa - a nice addition, although the whirlpool is currently out of order. The indoor pool is very useful, particularly given the issues with the outdoor pool. Entertainment- fantastic quality. You won’t be disappointed. Accessibility- guests with disabilities and/or mobility issues (myself included) can easily access all the hotel facilities. I hired a mobility scooter and parked this in reception with no issue at all. This is a fabulous, adults only, hotel. We love it here. We are having a great holiday and can’t wait to come back for future visits.

Lovely hotel most staff very friendly and polite & helpful apart from that some restaurant staff can be rude & cheeky my wife has had 2 strokes lost 99% of speach and now mostly confined to wheelchair for getting about oriental femail member of staff said to my wife :you finished due to my wifes condition she can appear abrupt to strangers but no excuse for staff to reply saying I only asked and gave a dirty look when walking away We are returning again in may 2027 with more of our family but have had difficulty using select room it shows rooms available but when chosen response comes back unavailable tried changing rooms still same now sent aprox 5 emails had no response tried select room can't tell if accepted as no reply so tried again it now says already selected ( but No acknowledgement yet ) we wanted the same room as before because my wife knows the layout and is pleased with it

We went to the Lavante in July and we got as booked, a lovely sea and pool view room on the 5th floor. The room itself was spacious enough and had good storage. Bottled water was left each day and on arrival wine and fruit. The bedding was changed every day as were the towels. Lovely spacious bathroom. The rooms and whole hotel were immaculate. Probably the cleanest hotel we've stayed in, all credit to the amazing cleaning staff, they work very hard. Food and entertainment great. Now for the downside. We work hard and get up early every day, we don't expect to do so on holiday. Doors started slamming from approx 6.15 am for the race for the sun loungers. We couldn't believe how bad it was, most beds around the pool were taken by 7 am by some selfish people who didn't even use them most of the day. I know so many people have complained about this, but this particular hotel in our opinion has a problem with it. There must be approx 150 beds around the pool and maybe 50 on the 3rd floor sun deck however there are 202 rooms and in full capacity with ave 2 people per room = not enough. It should be clearly advertised that in busy months not everyone will get a bed, as city hotels do. When you pay thousands of pounds for a holiday you like to know what you're getting. We were up at 6am for our flight home and people were actually lying on towels on beds in the dark 😂 outside the ground floor rooms. We wouldn't return to this hotel because of this.
