TUI SUNEO Lagomonte

Just got home after spending 7 nights here with our 5 children ages between 1-13. We had a great stay hotel was lovely and clean, good food, good drinks, friendly staff & a great location. Only downfall the air con could be a lot better in the bedrooms but it won't put us of booking again

From the moment we arrived the staff brilliant and friendly its a really clean 3 STAR hotel and remember this "ITS A 3 STAR" which is better than some 4 stars we have stopped in , we have also stayed in many 5 star platinum hotels too , so this is as honest as I can be about this hotel , This place is somew here we as a family will definitely return, They clean constantly, the staff brilliant, entertainment team excellent , games all day which are fun ! Food is good can be a bit cool and always found something to eat, drinks are good , But unfortunately they were not for me , we bought our drink from the supermarket , soft drinks good also coffee good. Air con poor. Pools good Island pool good and food on the island bit hit and miss as in choice but had steak One day and Donner another and chicken kebab on another occasion. Lifts small but do operate quite quickly , spoke to quite a few other holiday makers and they all said it was good and would return. Always read between the lines on reviews because people are always quick to complain if something is not right but never complement a good service. On the way there the airport lost our case ( we did get it back 2 days later ) this caused us alot of stress but it never spoilt or had anything to do with the hotel. WE WILL RETURN LAGOMONTE!!

Our hotel experience was brilliant. Entertainment team is amazing Joel Matheus Paula and Lola make our holidays, our grandson join to every activity, nightime activities were really good. food could improve, great welcoming in the reception, our room was great but for improving we need a fridge and air condition and also more umbrella but in general good holidays and great entertainment team
