What a pleasant stay, reception staff so welcoming, we were early so the room was not quite ready. “Here’s your all inclusive bands, go and get some lunch and the room will be ready when you’ve finished” Room was very clean (as was whole hotel, didn’t see 1 bug on the floor) The A/C in the room was very efficient. Shower was really powerful (with minor temp variations to keep you on your toes) Food was a higher standard than you might expect in a 3 star all inclusive and even a picky eater like me always found something. The bar on the little island was a great idea, very nice for a quiet sit. Overall a great stay, would highly recommend for some winter sun. Thank you to all the staff.

Food was iffy x not brilliant z but staff were really nice and the hotel was really nice xx is out of the way. You need local taxi cos they’re cheaper than Uber and hotel reception will book them for you. No fridge in room and kettle kept boiling instead of flicking off. But all in all it was ok x

Honestly, Bellevue Club in Alcudia is a massive letdown. It’s advertised as an all-inclusive hotel, but it feels far more like a self-catering resort where you’re left to fend for yourself. The food is poor, with limited variety and very little to get excited about. You certainly don’t feel like you’re getting the all-inclusive experience you’ve paid for. The nighttime entertainment is absolutely rubbish. There’s very little to keep you entertained, and the whole evening experience is underwhelming. To make matters worse, you can expect queues of around 30 minutes just to get a drink at the bar. That’s ridiculous when you’re supposed to be on holiday, relaxing and enjoying yourself. The whole setup feels geared towards self-catering rather than providing a proper all-inclusive holiday. You end up wasting your time queuing for drinks, putting up with mediocre food and looking for something decent to do in the evenings. My advice? Go to Club Mac instead! If you want a family holiday with a better atmosphere and a resort that feels more geared towards keeping everyone entertained, I’d seriously consider Club Mac over Bellevue Club. Overall, extremely disappointing and not worth the money if you’re booking for an all-inclusive experience. I certainly wouldn’t rush back, and I’d recommend looking elsewhere before wasting your money here.

The hotel staff were very good to us, l had booked a room facing the mountain and l kindly asked one of the reception managers if l can have a room facing the pool and had no problem with that.

Overall very good but would have serious concerns with safety. The smoke detector was missing in our room. We notified the receptionist but the following day it was still not fixed. We again notified reception who assured us all was in order. We insisted it was not fixed and after several discussions it was eventually fixed. The following day water came down through the detector. I was surprised something as serious as this was not addressed immediately.
