TUI SUNEO Lagomonte

16/10/25 to 27/10/25 all inclusive with Tui. The hotel was slightly over half capacity during the holiday and was about to close for the season. Room 304 to the right of the main entrance as viewed from the street. Pros. As the crow flies the hotel is about 1200 metres from the seafront so easily walkable. As the Lagomonte is at the very edge of Alcudia it does not suffer from passing vehicle or pedestrian traffic at all hours of the day and night. A very friendly welcome by Dina at reception. The restaurant, room, pool and exterior areas were kept clean, tidy and adequately provisioned. 15 Euro refundable deposit for the room safe. Ample drinks available at the poolside bar, lake bar during the day and again in the evening in the lounge bar. The restaurant provided a wide and varied menu during the holiday. The four in-house entertainment staff never stopped and catered for all ages. Sunday 26/10/25 was the only day it rained. None the less the entertainers kept spirits up especially for the kids. Ample space for two in the room. The balcony had a small clothes airer. Cycle hire is available at the Seaclub Hotel ten minutes walk away. Some of the cycles are equipped with a rear child seat. Alcudia is very flat so it is ideal for any lapsed / reluctant / occasional cyclist. The old town and castle are 15 - 20 minutes cycle away from the Seaclub Hotel. NOTE: The beachfront path is a No Cycle Zone. No problems getting a sun lounger during the whole holiday. Strong free WiFi signal throughout the hotel including the exterior areas. Decent air conditioning and it was fully controllable. There are numerous small shops within ten minutes walk including gift shops. The local waterpark is fifteen minutes away on foot. There are not any restrictions on parking vehicles outside of the hotel. There are Tui reps in the reception area who are able to advice on and take daytrip bookings. The daytrip coaches pick up and drop off right outside of the hotel. Cons. Depending on the weather the invasive Asian Tiger Mosquitos are active. Thankfully the mosquitos did not venture into the room. There was only one 240 volt socket in the room. Other rooms were equipped with two power outlets. The rooms do not have fridges, kettles or any hot beverage making provisions. The travel kettle was packed along with teabags, insulated travel mugs and UHT long life milk sticks (The latter can be ordered on Amazon in the UK). The teabags and milk in the restaurant did not taste very nice. This was the only restaurant food that was unpalatable. The building appears to be fabricated from cast concrete and does suffer from a degree of poor noise insulation. As the hotel was not at full capacity and the entertainment closes down at about 2200HRS (10pm) each evening noise was not a major issue. Summary. Eleven nights end of season all inclusive for under £540.00 a head was excellent value for money.

Location is ok, 15 minutes walk to the beach. Room was ok, clean towels every day and beds made. The lake smelled horrible occasionally and the room too. Food was basic and cold occasionally lots of chicken and pork. Entertainment ok. Lots of stray cats coming in in the evening. Lots of mosquitos take spray. Being 1/2 term week we were disappointed that some of the trips were not running. The shuttle bus has stopped, the shop shut, was like a ghost town the last few nights. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Long checking in system Had very little sleep the whole week Can hear everyone in there rooms and the reception area. Scruffy areas room dark and dingy with just a bush and side of a mountain for a view no sun at all on balcony. Food terrible ate a handful of times the rest went out to eat !!! Spending more money even tho all inclusive. No fridges no kettles. Cocktails disgusting. Fighting and police turning up arresting people. Mosquitos insane !!!!! Door card didn’t work most of the holiday first day they even had to change the door lock !!! Then never worked properly after that. Guests with absolutely zero respect for others !! Common chavs everywhere. Only saving grace was going out far away from this hotel.dreaded coming back to it Very depressing. Sunshine everyday and hot saved it too would absolutely never ever recommend or go back not worth the money what so ever.spent a fortune as it was so bad for an all inclusive. If you want a bad holiday camp in England vibe with sunshine then this is your place. No food available after 9pm Except Pringles in a vending machine that you have to pay for !! Shocking hotel Honestly do not waste your money as you will spend the same amount again going out every night day morning to eat !! And drink !! Feel extremely ripped off. AVOID

Have recently returned from a 2 week holiday at this resort. Firstly negatives, booking in procedure was very slow as there was a coach load of guests arrived all at once at the start of lunchtime. They did apologise and issued our wrists bands in the queue and suggested that we went into lunch and book in afterwards. Previous reviews have said about issues with noise from rooms and corridors. This was the case as some guests had no consideration for others. We found they were shouting loudly in the corridors late in the night, running up and down the corridors banging doors. Thirdly, we witnessed on a few occassions poor behaviour from other guests. Positives are: The rooms are very spacious and kept very clean. Bed linen and towels, nice quality and changed regularly. Safety deposit boxes cost 15 euro but you get that back when you return the key. Food was very good, far better than we were expecting. Plenty of choice. Sometimes, could have been slightly warmer. Food was constantly being replenished. You would have to be a very fussy eater to not find something to eat. Enjoyed the themed nights, Spanish, Mexican and Asian all very good. Self service drinks at meal times. Only grumble was the red wine was chilled. Very generous measures of spirits from the bar and all bar staff very friendly even to guests who had forgotten their manners. Plenty of sun beds around pool area. Yes it is the brits who claim sun beds. Nice surprise was to be given pool towels. Life guards very helpful and friendly. Pool water temperature very cold. Snack bar and pool on the island is lovely and feels like a different world. Animation team work very hard to keep guests happy and entertained. Overall the hotel is better than we were expecting and would consider returning despite the minor issues.

No bins in our room toilet seat wasnt clean and mirrors had dirty finger prints all over the mirror. Balcoany look little worse for wear loads of deep cracks making it little weary where ur standing. Food okay but always same food but id say its okay if you here for 2/3days but not the week
