Overall what was a cheap getaway turned to a bad idea. Rooms. Size and beds are fine and regularly cleaned. Wall are thin and can hear next door. Was fine for first few days when neighbours quiet 11 to 8 am. New arrivals and then music and noise into the night. Hallway can hear anyone talking at all times and door bang when closed due to auto close. Worst part of holiday. Food Basic buffet with limited variety. Breakfast good options, but sausages always overcooked and generally cooked English lukewarm. Other meals repeat and grill area is overcooked dry meat. Drinks Overall good service, queues are quite quick with good options. Entertainment Overall fairly poor with mediocre quiz and acts. Saturday night singers were okay, but arrived and warmed up at 8.30 them was no like spoons until nine with no music or background. One hour set and then nothing from 10 with very quiet background music. Check in Very poor and took over 30 minutes due to 1 reception staff and we were 2nd on queue.

Currently here on the last day of our holiday. I have nothing to fault about the hotel amenities. The food was really good, always plenty of choice and always replenished quickly. I'm vegetarian and there was always something, even a little section labelled vegetarian which was nice. Lovely spacious room with a view of the lake and pool. Never an issue finding a sunbed to lay on, plenty of umbrellas too! Pool area was always cleaned every night. Rooms were also cleaned daily and beds were made. Coffee & tea facilities in the room but no fridge which was odd, usually there is always a little fridge. Good selection of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. Entertainment was fantastic also, animation team work so hard to entertain everyone morning and night! Lots of external shows, circus acts, singers which were also fantastic. Bar staff friendly and service was quick. Their was also a shuttle to the beach running every 15 mins there and back most of the day, very polite and friendly drivers and always helped you out of the vehicle. The only downside I have had is they do not really cater to children with sensory issues. We had an autistic child with us who is also incontinent. We tried to book a complimentary room and there was only a handful available that had been fully booked. I explained to the receptionist as best as I can the issues and they said they are fully booked. Our flight is at 1am and were left with no shower for us and only given 10 minutes for him which is not really a lot of time with his sensory issues / incontinence. We then asked the TUI rep for assistance in which she told us we will have to shower outside by the pool, which is utterly ridiculous. She said that is the only option they can offer. We have never had this issue at any hotel we have been to. Apart from this, the hotel is lovely but I think they should definitely have more availability for complimentary showers especially for later flights.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Only downside was the entertainment. During the day no music at the pool and very little interaction with entertainment staff. On our 2 previous stays the daytime around the pool was packed with fun, games and music. Aside from a game of water polo and a pool mat run, there was nothing to entertain us throughout the day. Lying at the pool can be so soul destroying with no music and general fun and games. I have stayed here before and have already booked mext years holiday. Hopefully this issue is at least considered.

Stayed for 4 nights on a last minute deal, myself and 20 year old daughter. Really dont know what the negative reviews are about. We had a pool view superior twin room. Room was basic but clean, comfortable beds, powerful shower, kettle and hairdryer, lovely view from balcony and good air con. Food was great, good quality and plenty of options, drinks good and easily available. Nice big air conditioned dining room. Plenty of sunbeds around pool, both the main pool and island. It might be nice if one of the pools was adult only, but it is a family hotel so you have to expect kids. Daytime entertainment was good and the kids club seemed good. Evening entertainment was a bit rubbish but if you wanted to go out there's plenty around and about. Staff were all good and seemed happy to help. Its about a 20 minute walk to the beach, but feels longer in the heat. The shuttle bus is good though and runs every 20 mins. I would definitely stay again. Great value for money.

Honestly after seeing some of the reviews we where skeptical, but honestly everyone at the hotel made us seem so welcome and the entertainment team was so good with all the children, very energetic especially with the hours they work! Very impressed especially with Christian as he’s only 18 and he’s amazing at the job and making all the children so happy! Would definitely be returning!
