TUI SUNEO Lagomonte

Hotel was kept immaculate the entire time we were here, reps on hand all day to help with any trips or enquiries, food was pretty decent in the restaurant, the snack island was better. It was a very chilled place, no drunks spoiling the vibe. Rooms were nice and clean, we had a balcony with the mountain view, stunning by the way. Not too far from the beach to walk down and back too. For the price we paid were very happy with out holiday at lagomonte, We'll happily come back in the future.

10/10. easily the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, staff were lovely from reception to waiters. food was sensational location is perfect 24/7 soft drinks would definitely reccomend this to everyone.

There are many ways to describe this hotel, it is definitely something you’d like on a channel 4 documentary of “holidays from hell” The rooms are dated and suppled with a schizophrenic shower head, that may or may not leave you with 3rd degree burns. The food however is a highlight, not a single night of bad food. Everything felt and tasted fresh, the restaurant itself was a standard all inclusive experience. But nonetheless it was clean. The drinks however are very poor. The “cocktail” choice is limited and simply come out of machine. The only beer is Amstel which isn’t bad, however all the drinks definitely taste watered down. The staff were pleasant and the TUI reps were really helpful. Again however, there isn’t any enthusiasm for entertainment and a lot of kids seemed bored, Causing the adults to drink more. Plenty of sun loungers to go around, although there is false advertisement on the website, they don’t supply the sunbed canopy. This was a disappointing as it seemed to be a selling point. The island pool is decent for those approaching a quiet life away from the shameless families. However take note! You will get eaten alive by mosquitoes. Sadly and overall, I feel TUI has lost some credibility applying there name to this hotel and does a disservice to a wonderful holiday company. It certainly has put myself and my partner off any 3* inclusive hotels and the saying is golden “you get what you pay for”

This hotel was not as advertised. You expect some form of quality with a TUI branded hotel, however from our experience it was not this. It’s a 3* hotel, I think this has put me off trying to get a good deal I think I’d rather save up and go 4* from now on. The hotel was chav central like the other reviews mention. Loud banging and shouting at 3am like it’s someone’s stag do. The walls are extremely thin you really can hear everything. The pool area, is very busy. The pool isn’t big enough for the hotel. They did jet wash the pool area each day but I also agree with the other reviews it felt a bit grubby. The drinks were average. Amstel on tap and sangria okay, the cocktails weren’t really cocktails but usual 3* expectation I guess. The food was actually a pleasant surprise given the above. The salads were fresh, not endless options but enough for you to have a choice each night. The meat was good quality and cooked well and in fairness the pizza in particular was delicious and like proper restaurant quality. The staff try very hard as do the cleaners, no complaints there. The room was basic but overall was okay and the beds actually very comfortable. Overall, given the TUI suneo branding, and the way it’s portrayed on the website, I think it’s far from what my expectations were. There was also a smell of cannabis emanating every now and again, clearly it could be smelt but nobody did anything about it. Again, chav central there…. The entertainment was rarely existent. And when it was it genuinely was some of the worst entertainment I have ever had. This is not acceptable and TUI should be pulled up on that, that in particular was definitely not as advertised at all. Alcudia itself is lovely and we would return to the area but definitely not this hotel….. this has put me off 3 star in general now with TUI, which is a shame for when you want a cheap deal but having travelled with TUI for many years, this has really made me think twice moving forward as if someone could have shown me how it really was, I 100% would not have booked this hotel in a million years.

Excellent location, the food hall catered for everyone. The staff all very friendly, the only thing that let it down was the cleanliness of the hallways leading to the rooms.
