Very pleasant hotel, rather clean and had no bad smells. Toilet was slightly broken but was fixed soon after. Staff was very kind and helpful. Noise was slightly loud during night but did calm down after a while. You see what you get and got what you saw, very good value. Amenities were lovely, got given warm towels when we asked for new ones. Location is nice as you can walk around 15 minutes down to the strip and private island is very close so you don't have to walk too far. Overall atmosphere was very relaxed.

Lovely family hotel! Entertainment staff are lovely. Nice and clean. Food has been amazing. It has been our first family holiday as a 4 and we also have a son who is severely autistic. All the staff have been incredible. We will definitely be coming again. :) thank you Lagomonte
