TUI SUNEO Lagomonte

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that it's clean. We booked because family had stayed here a few years ago & had recommended it... The rooms have very little storage & only 4 coat hangers in the wardrobe , but the biggest disappointment was there was no fridge , keeping water cool was impossible. The shower had absolutely no pressure & intermittently ranged from scorching hot to freezing cold. The food was edible, very repetitive but there was usually something you could eat. Getting a sunbed was usually impossible unless you were up at 6 to put your towel out although there were signs saying this wasn't allowed. Finding a seat in the evening was completely impossible, so we spent most nights in the town, but the entertainment was abysmal, so that was probably just as well.

Lola Paula Cristian Miriam Samuel are so fantastic with both kids and families would definitely return. Kids had great fun in pool with Lola & Paula. Food you always found something for everyone x

Saff are ok not enough sunbeds room needs up dating no door on bathroom room 12 .towels change once but forgot to replace it was value for money entertainment good for kid but not for adults

Summed up in three statements: 1) drinks served in plastic. Not trusted to use glassware in the evening 2) food basic, but relatively nice. 3) room small, like a premier inn, and children sleeping on a sofa bed cushion - not a proper mattress Wouldn’t return.

Hotel was really good considering it was rated a 3 star. Entertainment was excellent. Especially Samuel and his crew, they really made the extra effort during the Entertainment. Would recommend the hotel. For a a holiday anytime
