Location is beautiful if you are a beach lover. Came here last year and had a great experience unfortunately this year it's not the same. Just returned after 14 night stay and it's not the same the food budget has been cut quality and choice some nights was hard to find food to eat and I'm not a fussy eater, but far to much salt is used and it's very very repetitive. I think we were spoilt last year and this is a shame as it lets the all inclusive down. Never room around the pool as people putting towels on beds at 7am and never using the beds no atmosphere,no music. If you are under 50 do not visit this hotel as you will think you are in a retirement home sorry I know it's not nice to say but it's true and yes I am over 50 !! . Tony and Alex at the bar are just the best ,but Im aware it's only a 3star and they will never improve the quality of the drinks. We spoke to many couples that have been visiting this hotel for many years and they agreed that the food was not the best but I don't think they will say anything as many of them have already booked to go back later this year. I'm not a moaning person but sometimes the truth has to be said other wise the hotel can not improve on what is wrong. You can be sitting outside at night finishing your last drink and all the lights go out at 11.30pm and your left in darkness. The cleaning lady we had was not good our room was not cleaned the best bins not emptied , bedding only changed twice in 14 nights and that was because I stripped the beds and left bedding with dirty towels, the bedding that was put on smelt of cat urine and reception got it changed but if was difficult to explain to the cleaner what was wrong. Coffee and sugar never replaced always had to ask for more. In all we paid for all inclusive and spent more outside the hotel on food and drink than we should have needed to , Sorry to say but we won't be returning

Another fantastic 11 nights at this wonderful hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you . The cleaners make it it spotless. The kitchen staff cater for everyone ( im coeliac) had separate meals prepared every night and was delicious huge portions. The on site tui rep sarah is an absolute legend. The beach 1 min walk is up there with the world's best. 10th stay and will return year after year .

If you are looking for a quiet hotel in Alcudia that is close to the beach, this is the hotel for you. A short 1 minute walk to the beautiful beach with white sand and blue sea. Sunbeds were available to rent. The staff are friendly and polite and could not be any more attentive to the hotel guests. The food could be repetitive but by no means low quality; it seems they love pork in this hotel and this was often the main dish in the restaurant. We went to a local steak house (rancho chicos) one night and would highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area. The pool area was clean and modern with no shortage of sunbeds throughout the day and in full sun for a majority of the day. The rooms were basic, clean and small. Not much storage space and was literally just a bed in a room but acceptable for the price of the hotel. Unfortunately, the beds were not the comfiest and seemed to dip in the middle but I would say that bed quality is personal to each individual anyway. There was entertainment throughout the day. The entertainment at night varied; external acts were fabulous and entertaining, every other night was bingo or quiz which could be boring. Overall, the hotel was worth the price paid and is a great little hotel for a couple get away or for older holiday goers. Exactly what you would expect from a 3 star hotel.

Great Holiday, Excellent Location & Friendly Staff We had a lovely stay and would happily return. The rooms are a decent size and were kept clean throughout our stay. The beds are a little on the firm side, but as you’re mainly in the room to sleep, it wasn’t a major issue for us. The food offers plenty of variety, with options available throughout the day from the snack bar as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was always a good selection of fish, meat, salads and desserts, so everyone should be able to find something they enjoy. The pool is a great size with plenty of space to swim and relax. We liked that floaties were available to use, and there were lots of sunbeds whether you wanted to sit in the sun or find some shade. Plastic cups are also provided, making it easy to take drinks around the pool area. The location is excellent, with just a short walk to both the beach and the port, making it easy to explore the local area. Getting around is also very straightforward. We used the MallocaCab taxi service several times, which was reliable and reasonably priced, and the local buses were easy to use for exploring further afield. The entertainment team were fantastic and brought plenty of energy and fun to the hotel. There was a good variety of activities and entertainment throughout the day and evening, and they always made everyone feel welcome and included. Overall, a great holiday with good facilities, friendly staff, plenty of food choices and a fantastic location. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and wouldn’t hesitate to return ourselves.
