Been before to this hotel 2018 since then great improvements to rooms etc all staff were amazing food was great plenty of choice cleaned to very high standard reception staff very helpful overall holiday experience great shout out to entertainment team who do a excellent job trying to involve everyone in sunbed games beach straight over the road silver sands with a turqoise sea beautiful

Had a lovely relaxing weeks holiday with my daughter. The hotel is very clean and the staff can’t do enough for you. The food is varied so there’s always something different to eat. The rooms are big enough with a fridge, free safe and excellent air conditioning.

Just back from spending a lovely week here. I cannot fault it. It’s perfectly positioned opposite the best beach I’ve been to. It’s 5minutes from local shops, bars or restaurants and a 30min walk into the lovely Alcudia port area for more restaurants and shops. The room was cleaned as often as you needed. The food was hot and varied, and the staff were so happy to help. The entertainment reps were such good fun. And there’s a fridge, safe and kettle in the room. A lot of people seem to come back year after year. We will definitely be back

Location is beautiful if you are a beach lover. Came here last year and had a great experience unfortunately this year it's not the same. Just returned after 14 night stay and it's not the same the food budget has been cut quality and choice some nights was hard to find food to eat and I'm not a fussy eater, but far to much salt is used and it's very very repetitive. I think we were spoilt last year and this is a shame as it lets the all inclusive down. Never room around the pool as people putting towels on beds at 7am and never using the beds no atmosphere,no music. If you are under 50 do not visit this hotel as you will think you are in a retirement home sorry I know it's not nice to say but it's true and yes I am over 50 !! . Tony and Alex at the bar are just the best ,but Im aware it's only a 3star and they will never improve the quality of the drinks. We spoke to many couples that have been visiting this hotel for many years and they agreed that the food was not the best but I don't think they will say anything as many of them have already booked to go back later this year. I'm not a moaning person but sometimes the truth has to be said other wise the hotel can not improve on what is wrong. You can be sitting outside at night finishing your last drink and all the lights go out at 11.30pm and your left in darkness. The cleaning lady we had was not good our room was not cleaned the best bins not emptied , bedding only changed twice in 14 nights and that was because I stripped the beds and left bedding with dirty towels, the bedding that was put on smelt of cat urine and reception got it changed but if was difficult to explain to the cleaner what was wrong. Coffee and sugar never replaced always had to ask for more. In all we paid for all inclusive and spent more outside the hotel on food and drink than we should have needed to , Sorry to say but we won't be returning

Another fantastic 11 nights at this wonderful hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you . The cleaners make it it spotless. The kitchen staff cater for everyone ( im coeliac) had separate meals prepared every night and was delicious huge portions. The on site tui rep sarah is an absolute legend. The beach 1 min walk is up there with the world's best. 10th stay and will return year after year .
