TUI SUNEO Platja D'or

we have been coming here for last 6 years and have been 8 times, and are back again in July for another relaxing chilled break. We found every member of staff fantastic, accommodating, helpful and pleasant, you get what you sow as they say, be polite to them and they'll be polite to you, the food was good, plenty of variety and as for drinks? why do people complain, its not BRANDED alcohol, so why whinge?. Its what it is, snack bar food is cooked fresh to order, rooms are small but pleasant and pool is fantastic if its warm lol, the whole area is wonderful, and the beach is to die for, and you can take beers and drinks and chill. Yes evening entertainment DOES need looking at, as several nights the show was playing to almost empty room, as numerous including us, sorry to say walked out after few minutes, please sort and it'll be fantastic all round place to chill and relax

Fantastic hotel. We fell in love with this property on our stay at the end of September. About an hours coach transfer from the airport its in a lovely location on an upmarket residential street. across the road and your onto the most beautiful beach that offers long promenade walks. We loved the fact that the hotel is Adults only .. Its also ideal for people who need their own room as Tui dont charge a single room supplement at this hotel. While we found the single rooms small and compact they were smart and offered everything we needed including furnished balcony. TV with english channels and inroom tea and coffee making facilities which were appreciated, something that most Spanish hotels dont offer. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious with walk in shower and granite tops. We found the food excellent, Much better than the average all inclusive and really catered to the British. Lots of choice in the huge buffet with something for everyone. we enjoyed the lovely soups and deserts. Even had apple crumble and custard some days which was delicious! Lovely bar with decent drinks.Loved you could get proper branded soft drinks, the wine was drinkable and the beer was good. Cruz Campo , Id pay £7 a pint for that back home!!! Lovely pool area and the gardens were beautiful and well maintained with lots of lovely sitting areas to chill around the pool. Entertainment was ok but we would have preferred some music around the lovely pool in the afternoons. Fell in Love with this hotel and booked 5 more holidays here over next couple of years.

Amazing hotel, staff were polite and friendly, Sarah and other members were amazing and so helpful. We were worried about going due to comments around food and drink service and the towels on the sunbed scenario however we never had any issues. We are considering returning next year.

Stayed in September with friends. We all particularly enjoyed the food, it was such a good tasty selection for Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner and would revisit just for that. The beach is less than a minute away and was just great lovely blue sea and white sands. We hired sun loungers . Very much enjoyed our visit to this hotel , it has a nice calm atmosphere.

We have Just returned from a 5 day break, we loved it here such a lovely little hotel, yes there was a lot of older people staying here but the hotel had a laid back atmosphere, nice and clean and the food was amazing.All the staff were lovely and Helpful big shout out to Rafael who was always so happy and welcoming in the dining hall and Africa the lovely entertainer she was brilliant. The bar staff are all lovely and even when they were busy they were always smiling. The beach which is a stones throw away is Beautiful and so clean. We got a bus to the old town which was a lovely day out and we booked an excursion with Sarah the Tui rep who was also great and very Helpful.We would definitely return to this hotel.Take some mosquito spray, we didnt get bit a few hotel residents did.
