My sister and I enjoyed a 4 night stay. The room was comfortable and clean with good aircon. There was a kettle with 2 cups but no coffee, tea or milk. Being an adult only hotel, poolside was peaceful and calm. Perfect for reading and chatting. There’s also a poolside bar where you can purchase icecream, coffee, drinks and a good selection of reasonably priced lunches. Location is good with just a 5 min walk to the shops and the seafront. Staff were friendly and helpful and service was good. They tend to have different entertainment each night which goes on to around 11:30 and we found being on the first floor it was very loud. We had a late pick up on the final day but the hotel let you stay on site to use the facilities which also include showers, towels and a locked luggage area which was very handy. Overall it was very good value for money and we’d happily return next year.

What a gem of a hotel. Clean , food good, ideal location, staff friendly and attentive. We will be back. Thank you for making it a memorable stay.

Majority of staff very nice apart from some very obvious bullying by senior entertainment staff towards younger staff. Some corridors looking very tired and worn. Pool area too small for all of the guests, end up being shoulder to shoulder. Food very good but should have water available free, had to shop for it. Entertainment in the evenings was good and a couple of times great, very varied. Balcony was overlooked by guests in the adjacent hotel so didn’t use it, felt very uncomfortable with no privacy. Didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel overall.

Staying in this hotel was a real pleasure. Everything was at the highest level - from the reception and professionalism of the staff, to the impeccable cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation, to the varied and high-quality food. The atmosphere is pleasant, and every detail shows how much attention is paid to the guests. This is a hotel that deserves the highest rating and we would recommend it to everyone without hesitation. We look forward to coming again.

Hotel itself is nice, if a little bit dated, decor and rooms are somewhat due for a refurbishment. However space in the room is fine, storage ample, bathroom nice, beds are comfortable, aircon works well. Hotel staff are very friendly and efficient, pool area is nice and they do actually follow through on their rule of not “reserving” sun-beds. We observed staff leaving warning notices on beds and then removing towels after a set amount of time. There are lots of lovely places to eat and drink a short walk away. We went for a girlie trip away, relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. This hotel was perfect for that.
