Valentin Reina Paguera

Wow! what a welcome a smile and a cool glass of Cava, we have stayed at the Valentin many times before and this time it certainly exceeded all our expectations.We were given a sparkling clean room overlooking the pool with the Mediterranean Sea in the background, what a view to wake up to.Breakfast was superb with a lovely chef making delicious fresh omelette’s and every other food you can imagine. Our evening meal didn’t disappoint either, delicious food freshly prepared and well presented. There were various artists performing every evening with entertainment for all tastes.The swimming pool is large and kept spotlessly clean. We had a great stay and I must say it was further enhanced by the cheerful smiles and greetings of ALL the staff, clearly a happy team, and a credit to the Management.

Had a great week, hotel very clean, sea view room was great, all staff we meet were very friendly and helpful, great location to the shops, restaurants and beaches, hotel food and drinks were very nice, pool was great maybe a bit cold but soon got used to it, will definitely return, thanks to everyone who made our holiday memorable.

Visited this hotel last week with my daughter. This hotel is spotless, everywhere. Nuria and Gloria were our cleaners and they were incredibly friendly, super lovely and couldn't do enough for you . Other staff I would say were cordial and efficient, on our 1st morning at breakfast a young woman who was working in the restaurant was downright rude to both myself and daughter but we shrugged our shoulders and thought she must be having a bad day, a couple of young women and a young man who were on reception duty, can't remember their names but they were very sweet, lovely and helpful. DO NOT book a sea view room if you ever want an early night, sleep is impossible from 9.30pm- 11.30pm, even with ear plugs in, having said this, the view from the balcony is STUNNING. Food is very lovely, varied and plentiful. Disappointed that the indoor pool was closed till October but spent time around the outdoor pool which was also very clean, no sunbed wars, always a sunbed available, I did notice people leaving their sunbeds for 3 hours plus and no one was policing this but we were always lucky with availability of the sunbeds and even though I didn't take part in the Aqua aerobics by the pool the lady who was organising this was so very lovely, friendly and respectful. Paguera itself is really nice, it has a great beach and promenade with eateries dotted all along it as does the main thoroughfare of Paguera. Bus service to Palma is excellent, definitely well worth a visit. Would we go back to Hotel Valentin Reina, absolutely yes.

Fabulous hotel, close to all amenities, excellent food. (Food menu changes fortnightly, not weekly). Gave us a 1st class holiday!

Beautiful, clean and friendly hotel. 5 mins walk from the stunning beach, shops, cafes, restaurants and banks. Food at breakfast is superb. Good variety of options, including cooked, different fruits, breads, hot drinks, juices, smoothies etc. Bright, modern and airy restaurant. Lots of seating. Pool area is very clean, secluded, pretty and a good sized pool. Lots of sunbeds which are readily available. Always one free. Lovely inside pool and jacuzzi. Gym is small but enough equipment for a workout. Bedrooms have a large balcony and are cleaned spotless everyday. Different activities in and out of the pool, which are good fun. Friendly animation team. Great variety of evening entertainment, singers and magic show. Loved Miss Diva! Bar staff and reception staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Luca! Will definitely return and highly recommend staying in the Main part of the hotel on a higher floor. Thanks for a superb holiday.
