Valentin Reina Paguera

Well where do I start this was our second holiday at this hotel . And I must say it is the most welcoming place with fantastic staff all friendly all the way from the manager down . We were greeted with a glass of bubbles on arrival . Then given an early room . The reception staff are fantastic and friendly especially Luca who seems to go out of his way to make your day better . We were given a gift in our room one day and when we asked was told because we like to treat our guests . And when we left was given a bottle of wine to take home . And a special thank you to the animation team who work so hard even during the heatwave and were all fantastic and friendly and a last thank you to Nesto and his bar staff who at night make sure nobody is without a drink we will be back again . The only down side is the hotel needs a makeover as looking a bit rundown outside and needs an upgrade on the rooms but apart from that was a fantastic holiday and see you all very soon

1st time staying at this hotel, and cannot fault a thing, the staff were lovely, plenty of daytime and evening entertainment

The Valentin Reina Paguera is perfectly located with a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops in Paguera. The reception area is spacious and immaculately presented. Staff are professional and friendly. Our room overlooked the pool with a fantastic sea view. The bedroom furniture was a little dated but the room and bathroom were kept absolutely spotless. The food choice was excellent and the restaurant was inviting, modern and spacious.

My sister and I enjoyed a 4 night stay. The room was comfortable and clean with good aircon. There was a kettle with 2 cups but no coffee, tea or milk. Being an adult only hotel, poolside was peaceful and calm. Perfect for reading and chatting. There’s also a poolside bar where you can purchase icecream, coffee, drinks and a good selection of reasonably priced lunches. Location is good with just a 5 min walk to the shops and the seafront. Staff were friendly and helpful and service was good. They tend to have different entertainment each night which goes on to around 11:30 and we found being on the first floor it was very loud. We had a late pick up on the final day but the hotel let you stay on site to use the facilities which also include showers, towels and a locked luggage area which was very handy. Overall it was very good value for money and we’d happily return next year.

What a gem of a hotel. Clean , food good, ideal location, staff friendly and attentive. We will be back. Thank you for making it a memorable stay.
