A huge thank you to Alvaro and Anna for making our holiday truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome and included, and their kindness, energy, and enthusiasm never went unnoticed. They are incredibly funny, approachable, and genuinely caring people who go above and beyond to make sure every guest is having a great time. Whether it was organising games, making everyone laugh with their jokes, or simply taking the time to chat with guests, they created such a positive and friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. What stood out the most was their ability to bring people together. They made everyone feel like part of one big family and encouraged even the shyest guests to join in. They somehow even managed to get my dad involved in the activities and games, which is something we never thought would happen! Seeing him join in and enjoy himself so much was one of the highlights of our trip. Alvaro and Anna are a huge credit to the animation team and played a massive part in making our holiday so special. Their passion for what they do shines through every day, and they truly made our hotel experience 10 times better. We will leave with amazing memories, and a lot of that is thanks to them. We passed a good holidays in that great hotel. And especially I would like to say thank you to the animation for kids. Yosra is the best animator for kids. Her character and energy make kids happy 😊

Went to get a cup of water to take some medication with only to be told by the bar lady that I couldn’t have one despite wearing my half board wrist band. When I said it was only water I poured from the machine she shouted across the snack area she would sell me a cup of cup of water. Absolutely gobsmacked to which I replied surely you can’t deny a guest a cup of water!!! Well looks like they can and they will.
