First time to peguera and what a lovely little town so many shops and restaurants yes it favoured the Germans but I knew that and was fine with it first 2 day we had storms and hotel bar flooded only 1 pool was open when we wer there and that wad only open 11 til 5 the hotel was packed so wasn't much fun a few things I'd recommend is get rid of all plastic chairs it all looks cheap and not comfy to sit on in the bar area there was 6 sofas but rest was garden furniture it cld b so nice with soft chairs more cozy .the restaurant ques were bad but again I found restaurant to be designed wrong it needs to be 2 seat tables one side then larger ones the other wld make it easier for staff to find tables for you also random tables but needs to b straightened up not much choice of food which for a 4 star wad poor 3 cake deserts every night with only whip cream had better choices at 3 stars .rooms nice but bare hired kettle but had to put it nxt to bed as only 1 socket worked in room all very clean saw animation staff about but didn't see any activitys going on went to brasil show in disco but when it finished that wad it maybe music so people cld dance perfect spot on the beach with lovely views

Sadly not a good holiday but spoilt by the weather (4 bad days out of 7) as much as the hotel itself. The good: location - right by the beach and close to Peguera centre. Beach is good but no water activities in this bay itself. Plenty of good restaurants on your doorstep. The bad: we were all inclusive. Food was bland with little choice, my stomach gave up being interested by day 3 and we ate out for some dinners. Our party also found hairs in the food - not good. Hotel needs a refurbishment as proven when it leaked like a sieve during a violent storm - chaos ensued. Only 1 of the 3 advertised pools is swim-able. Resort is chock full of Germans who are not the best at queuing - but stand firm and they become super apologetic. Reception area is too small & chaotic with staff firefighting guest requests / issues. The ugly: our deluxe sea view suite was dark & dingy with a great view of a flat roof and ductwork (and a tiny bit of sea in the distance). It also came with a rotting bathroom floor (underfloor leak) that gave a fantastically acrid aroma to the room. After many complaints we were moved on day 6 to a much nicer room. Conclusion: with good weather, no taste buds and the patience of a saint, you might be ok here. Don't go all inclusive, it only stacks up financially if planning to drink your body weight in alcohol each day.

My friend found four hairs in her food. I don’t like the idea of tokens it’s more stressful as you easily lose them. The cocktails are premade the only cocktail they have for all-inclusive is A San Francisco which is premade if you would like a virgin piña colada you have to pay €10 every time while the premade cocktail was straight cordial if you lose a towel it’s €20 one morning. It started to flood the hotel meeting room roof was pretty much falling apart. There was numerous buckets on the floor as shown as in my picture that I put down below it’s super hard to get a sunbed as only a few were available as the good ones are always taken and there’s only a few they’re actually in the Sun. Don’t bother with this hotel cause you might as well go somewhere else where you can get all inclusive stuff. Views are awful. My parents have a view of pipes when they paid for a suite. There’s also fruit flies everywhere and you can’t be comfortable without getting attacked by a fly. There is holes in the roof in our bathroom and the TV sucks. There’s not a lot of option for food so I was eating chips every day and it sucked. The labels aren’t right, we had leftover fried bacon as it was labelled as fried chicken. You can find a better hotel go somewhere else.

Right on the beach which is brilliant as nothing much happens in the hotel..entertainment lads are great really try to get everyone involved. But if noone is willing that's their jobs gone . Don't pay extra for a sea view . All i can see is 🌳..only one bar open near the pool for all inclusive..so obviously not enoughh staff . Some staff are very jolly and helpful .others not so ...a bar is open all day for non all inclusive and they are better thought of .A triathlon event is happening this weekend not once has any staff been and told us . All the preparations starting at 7am and waking us up Not good .
