This hotel beats everything that we have experienced in Spain- thank you so much for the hospitality. And special applause for Mila - she was exceptional

We have no words to express our gratitude to the hotel and Mila - she met all our expectations and did her best so that we feel as if we are at home. Thank you so much for everything- this hotel is a real find and Mila is a rare gem!

We spent two weeks in a Royal Terrace apartment within the Selection Club area, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The exclusive Selection Club experience is well worth the premium. À la carte breakfast and lunch is a genuine upgrade from the standard buffet, and the breathtaking sea views from the balcony, roof terrace, and pool area are simply unbeatable. The atmosphere is noticeably quieter and more relaxed than the main resort — something we really valued travelling with our 11-month-old son. We still had full access to the wider resort and all its amenities, which are excellent. One thing to be aware of if visiting outside the warmer months like us: most of the larger pools in the resort are unheated and quite cold — not really suitable for swimming. In summer, they’d likely be fantastic. Selection Club however offers heated pools. The main resort area is lively and fun, though expect a lot of noise between 20:00–22:00 during the evening shows (not heard in Selection Club). The service and cleanliness throughout the resort is outstanding, but the Selection Club staff deserve a special mention. Jenny in particular was an absolutely wonderful waitress at breakfast and lunch in La Terraza — warm, attentive, and a real highlight of our stay. We’ll be back!

The hotel is wonderful. The only downside is the lack of tea and coffee for dinner. If you have small children next door, you won't get a good night's sleep in the morning. But we asked for a room change, and they did.

In our travels, there are few occasions when we can honestly say we wouldn’t change a single thing – absolutely nothing! This is one of those occasions... Splendid, spacious accommodation; impeccable cleanliness both indoors and outdoors; unrivalled courtesy with an abundance of smiles; excellent food with a vast variety and a different menu every day. Congratulations to those who run the resort with such care! Congratulations on creating such a beautiful world... on creating a dream! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful days you have given me.
