Viva Sunrise

We chose this hotel based on the price of club select studio with plunge pool, half board, the location in relation to beach, and the facilities in the room and hotel, and we were not disappointed. Lots of children at this hotel, and only observed impeccable behaviour. Great variety of food, different theme each evening, really good quality. 10 minute walk from beach. 40 minute walk from port alcudia. It was really hot but the air con in the room was brilliant. The Prosecco and baking at club select check in on arrival, the bottle of red wine in the room and stocked mini bar, the friendly professional hard working staff throughout the hotel, the plunge pool and room cleaned every day, the nearest supermarket 5 minute walk away, so many good things to say about this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for a week in June. Overall a very good experience in Viva Sunrise. The hotel caters very well for young families. A big thank you must go to the kids club staff, Sandra, Anna Sophia and Camille. Hope I haven’t left anyone out! They make a big effort with all the children in order to ensure they have a memorable stay. Lots of activities are arranged for the children during the day and at night. They even went around the pool area during the day to inform people of the various activities that were on for both adults and children so everyone was kept informed. Cleanliness around the hotel should also be commended, from the bedrooms to the reception area and out to the pool area. It is very well maintained. In terms of food, there was a great choice each morning for breakfast and for dinner in the evening. The food was to a very high standard. Our children all enjoyed going up to the buffet and helping themselves at each meal. Possibly not having as much sweet cakes and buns etc on offer for breakfast might be something to be considered going forward. Location is excellent also, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the port itself. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay. We really had a wonderful holiday in Alcudia.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Viva Sunrise in Alcudia from May 12th to 19th. Everything about our holiday was fantastic, but one of the biggest highlights was the kids’ club. A special thank you goes to Sofia Rojo, who truly made our daughter’s holiday unforgettable. She was incredibly kind, caring, and full of positive energy. Every day she made our daughter feel welcome, included, and excited to come back to the kids’ club. It was clear that she genuinely loves what she does, and her warmth and enthusiasm created such a happy and safe atmosphere for all the children. As parents, it meant so much to see our daughter having so much fun and building such a wonderful connection with Sofia. She is a real asset to the Viva Sunrise team, and we are so grateful for everything she did to make our holiday even more special. We really enjoyed our stay at viva sunrise. All the staff were very friendly especially Sandra who is part of the animation team. She was so energetic and enthusiastic and this really made our holiday!

If you have young children and mainly want to relax at the hotel pool and beach nearby, this is a good option. Excellent pool area for young children. A bit further away from the harbour but manageable walking distance. Breakfast was really good!
