The hotel should clearly inform guests that some rooms have suffered water damage and that mold, mildew, or damp-related issues may be present. This would allow potential guests to make an informed decision and be aware of the condition of the accommodation before booking.

A lot but tasteless food, only one beachtowel per person on a hole week in top selection, a lot of noise early in the morning and during breakfast that I didn't ate. Overall ok for a family who's not picky with the food. Great ac in the rooms, okey bed and a working fridge in top selection a warm and nice plunge pool.

The hotel has a perfect location in the Alcudia area. It is an excellent family-friendly hotel, ideal for holidays with children. Every day, guests can enjoy a varied selection of food with a wide range of dishes available at the buffet. The beach is only about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel has its own shop, as well as bars serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Purchases can be charged to a wristband or key fob, and all expenses can be settled upon check-out. There are several swimming pools designed for different age groups, making it a great choice for families. The hotel also provides washing machines for guests to do their laundry. Every evening, various entertainment activities and shows are organized for both children and adults. The staff are very friendly, always willing to answer questions and help resolve any issues quickly and professionally. This is our second time staying at this hotel for a two-week holiday, and we are very satisfied with both the hotel itself and its excellent location.
