Viva Sunrise

This is the second time visiting Viva Sunrise, the first being around 9 years ago, and it has been improved since then but it wasn’t bad then, and it’s fantastic now! Arrived late in the night due to a late flight feeling tired and a little stressed but found check in to be breeze. Very calm and efficient and even had some food and drink waiting for us. Rooms are clean and spacious and have toiletries and basics supplied. Beds comfortable, extra blankets and pillows required if needed and a balcony with table and chairs and a clothes drying rail. There is a main restaurant and a sports bar and a drinks truck so lots at hand and easy to access. Everything included in the all inclusive too which is rare these days and everything of good quality too. Food was fantastic, fresh and tasty, chefs and staff always there on hand for anything needed. 3 pools, one with a blow up pool ball and the other a splash one for little ones. There is also an upgrade pool for those upgrading obviously. Never had any issues getting a sun bed or parasol and all areas kept spotless and maintained well. Gardens are also beautiful, so much thought and care gone in to them too. Entertainment during the day and evenings were run well, always something for the kids and adults to do. The biggest thing for me was all the staff! They truly made the place was it was for me. I saw no grumpy faces, everyone was so pleasant and more than happy to help, it created such a chilled calm happy vibe which was great to see. A special mention though goes to Maria on the Drinks Truck, always happy and lively, even made my young daughter her own drink of which she named after her which made her feel so special. Entertainment staff Sandra, Camille and Luigi made my young daughter’s holiday also so amazing and memorable. Again so happy and inclusive and just happy to be there. Never wanted to return to any hotel before until now, but I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for an all round but quality holiday and experience.

Lovely place for families. All staff do what they can for your convinience, but an extra shout out to Maria in the drink truck by the pool.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Viva Sunrise We stayed at Viva Sunrise in Alcúdia, Mallorca, from May 22nd to June 5th and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, and everything contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. We would especially like to thank Maria at the pool bar. She was always smiling, cheerful, and in a good mood, making every visit to the bar a pleasure. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly made our holiday even more special. Thank you to everyone at Viva Sunrise for a fantastic stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future.

We could not fault staff or location, food cattered for all, even mu fussy son we managed to feed him, kids entertainment was good adults entertainment was a little disappointing, the singers they had on was like being in a bad singing club, and music hard to hear, pool staff outstanding for safety, and Raquel G in sports bar and restaurant could not do enough for us, and Maria the cleaner for 4 floor was excellent always said hello very friendly and mad a fuss of my 3 year old son when he spoke a little spainish, highly recommended for families. But find other nighttime entertainment

Such a pleasure to stay at this hotel. A big applouse to the viva team that under a whole week made you feel seen, heard and invited. A big thanks to Brian and his team, who made sure our kids were stimulated with play and games. Its close to the beach and city with alot to do. A tip is to eat in the Old Town and harbour - suprisingly good food. Close by is the lovely smash burgers by Pago Obligado! So.. Viva Sunrise - see you again!
