Viva Sunrise

The rooms were big and clean. Nice top-terrace. Good buffet and super service from our waiter, Jesus. We all had a great vacation.

This was our 2nd visit over the October half term again. WOW VIVA SUNRISE You excelled yet again. Couldn't fault anything at all, we stayed selection club this time, which was fantastic!!! The food & drinks are the best I've had at an all inclusive anywhere. The staff are some of the best I've had the pleasure of meeting, everyone so friendly and helpful. All the animation staff too. We'll definitely be back in the near future.

We had a wonderful week at Viva Sunrise in September traveling as a family of three with a child age 11. Swimming pool was perfect for kids, and were very safe with several life guards with great attentiveness. The room was great, and always very well cleaned. As was the hotel in general. We had breakfast buffet only, and it was absolutely wonderful. A lot of options and variety, local cheeses, a smoothie bar with so many choices we couldn't get through them all in one week, egg options of your choice, and of course pancakes, churros and nutella which always is a great hit with both kids and adults. Great selection of bread, even good whole grain options for us Scandinavians. The gym at the hotel was also very well equipped, with several bikes and treadmills and also barbells with racks, and a good range of dumbbells in addition to some cable machines. But the staff was the best part, always helpful and friendly for whatever questions we had. I would actually have given this hotel a 6 star rating if available after the way the staff went out of their way to help us after we left the hotel and somehow managed to forget our daughter's favorite stuffed animal behind. He had hidden in the sheets and got a free ride to the laundry. In the best turn of events, he was found and returned to the hotel by the laundry staff after we had left, and the staff was just amazing in following up and helping us get him returned to our home country. We will forever be so grateful to the great staff at Viva Sunrise for all their help in getting back our dearly beloved and highly missed stuffy. Special shoutout to Carme and Carlos<3

We spent a week here at the end of October (last week of the season). It is a fabulous hotel, lovely rooms, lovely pools and beautiful dining and communal areas. We were half board and the food was great; good quality buffet style with plenty of choice. The staff were absolutely outstanding, everyone friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Carlos who helped us arrange an upgrade to our room after we arrived :) It's a bit of a walk into the main resort area, but there are plenty of local restaurants and shops. A Lidl is about 15 mins walk away. The beach is close too, just a few hundred metres. We rented a car and had no trouble parking on the street near the hotel.

A very friendly family orientated hotel the staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you we will definitely come back in the future.
