Relaxing hotel with kids 4 and 7. Good variation on food and drinks. Entertainment during day and night.

This hotel and its booking system are completely cooked. Their system allows overbooking of room categories, which means that when you arrive at check-in, it’s basically a lottery what room you’ll actually get. The only way to guarantee a specific room is to pay extra through their room selection system after booking, using the link they email you. Simply booking through their own website is not enough. That is incredibly misleading and honestly feels like a scam. I also overheard a honeymoon couple who had booked an Apartment. They spent two hours at reception arguing before the hotel somehow “magically” found the Apartment they had originally paid for. To make it even worse, the reception staff reportedly told them they had to pay immediately, cash only. So if you’ve booked and paid for a Studio Apartment, don’t expect to be prioritized or even informed if an Apartment becomes available. It seems entirely arbitrary. To the staff, management, and headquarters: good luck explaining this. You’re ruining people’s vacations with a booking system that doesn’t deliver what customers pay for.

Great hotel for last minute short break. Staff were great and the amenities provided everything we needed to keep our little boy entertained. Breakfast and lunch buffet was fantastic with wide range of choice including healthier options. Availability of drinks under AI was wide. Aircon in the room was adequate but I do think given heatwave it is a little unfair to be negative as under normal Circumstances would have been great. Located near main strip of bars and shops, 5 min walk from the beach and 5€ taxi ride to the port

Spent one week here, with two kids 8 and 10 years. Had a great stay. Had a perfect room with private plunge pool.

Very good hotel.on good price, some small improvements can be applied then Will be more better. Beach in walking distance. The párt 9dlf the city is slient.i advise for family travel.
