Viva Sunrise

I have been here for the second time. It is very good service here and the food is very good. And the waiters is funny and lovely and make the time here special, especially Maria and Andreu, they become very special to me and my friends. And of corse a lot of the other staff to. We have been here for fourteen days this time and we love it here and we will be back. Thank you all for having us here we love you guys❤️

Very clean hotel and good entertainment for the kids, good location only 5 minutes walk to the beach and resteraunts/shops. Our only issue was our 3year old son slipped on the bathroom floor whilst supervised and banged his head on a small tile step when coming out of the shower and resulted in needing 3staples at the hospital. The tiles became very slippery when wet, maybe a non slip Matt could be provided. Overall we had a good holiday.

No complaints. Everything did funktion. Service is perfekt. The reception service and the cleaning was excellent.

We came to the viva sunrise with our almost 3 and 5 year old and had a brilliant time. The hotel room had everything we needed, the hotel pools were great for the kids, the hotel communal areas were spotlessly clean and the food selection was good. Plenty to do in Alcudia outside the hotel also. Would definately go back again.
