Viva Sunrise

Hotel is about 50 minutes from the airport, amazing views on the way. Our room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds and the room was really quiet so had great nights sleep throughout our stay. Great family hotel, lots of activities but the nighttime entertainment was a bit poor. Food was delicious however the hotel needs to look at their labelling as some food was labelled wrong or (for example the sandwiches in the all inclusive fridge) had no labels at all. Reception team very helpful and accommodating. Loved the idea of the sports bar but it was always empty with no atmosphere - perhaps serving drinks and snacks in there such as crisps at night and would help! Pool area good and the all inclusive drinks van is a brill idea. Beach is a short walk away, worth pointing out that Alcudia is currently undergoing big construction work on the roads. Overall a lovely holiday!

Okay hotel. Helpsome people at the reception and good rooms. No new bed clothes in a week but Towels okay.

Rooms is poor maintainced and low quality materials, and the price and quality does not match. An avg. Hotel. Sunbeds is hard to get, as people reserve them with towels, even that the hotel has a 30 min towel reservation rule, which is not followed by either guests or staff. On the positive side the hotel is clean inside and outside. Staff is very nice and outside maintaince of the hotel is fine

We stayed a week in Viva Sunrise and it was a perfect hotel for us. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Kids loved the pools and the activities there. We had a half board and variety of food in buffet was great. Every evening was different theme and most courses changed so you didn’t have to eat same food every night. Only minus was in the room. Voices from hallway came through the door quite loudly but luckily it didn’t disturb us. Also the room needed a little fix up but it was very clean all the time. WiFi was quite poor in our room but elsewhere it was good.
