Harshani and Lalani did an excellent job facilitating our outdoor games. They were punctual and had everything well organized and ready on time before the activities started. They were very supportive, friendly, and approachable throughout the event. Their enthusiasm and energy kept everyone engaged, and they truly did their best to keep us entertained. Thank you for making our event so enjoyable and memorable!

This was my second stay at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala. First stay was in 2017, and the second stay was July 2026. What I like: - great value for money for a 5 star hotel - cleanliness was perfect, flawless - gorgeous beach views - enough facilities to entertain a short stay - comfortable bed What I didn’t like: - rooms are not sound proof - the staff did not demonstrate a 5 star service consistently. There were instances where I asked for something and when it wasn’t available there was no effort made to offer an alternative. The answer would be: sorry not available and the conversation would end there.

We recently stayed at Cinnamon Bey for 3 nights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We booked a Pool Terrace Room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax throughout our stay. What truly sets Cinnamon Bey apart is its people. Every member of the staff we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special mention goes to Dinesh, the always-smiling F&B Manager, who was exceptional. He was attentive, approachable, and made sure all our requests were attended to promptly. His professionalism and genuine care added so much to our overall experience. I would also like to sincerely thank the entire security team. During our stay, I experienced an unexpected problem with my car, and they immediately stepped in to help. They went above and beyond to get my car working again so we could continue our journey without any issues. They didn’t have to do that, but they did it with a smile and a willingness to help. It’s this kind of genuine care that leaves a lasting impression, and I am truly grateful for their kindness. The food was excellent, with a well-balanced selection and plenty of variety to suit different tastes. Every meal was enjoyable, and there was always something for everyone. For families travelling with children, this resort is an excellent choice. The kids’ club runs several activities and programs throughout the day, giving children a great time while parents can relax. Looking back on our stay, I genuinely cannot think of anything to complain about. Cinnamon Bey exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway with outstanding hospitality. We will certainly be back.

The pools, beach, and overall facilities were very well maintained, making it a great place for both families and couples. What really stood out was the hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Overall, Cinnamon Bey Beruwala exceeded our expectations and offered great value for a relaxing beach holiday. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.
