Our experience at Cinnamon Bey was truly unforgettable ! Unfortunately we were there only for one night but the overall ambience and beauty of this hotel was exceptional indeed. Food and service was great too !!

A hiccup with the old hotel and we got upgraded to this. WOW what a beautiful hotel it was. The ambience made it up for the one night we stayed at another hotel. The food was top notch. Could not find fault with anything. Too bad we stayed there for a night only.

We had a fabulous stay at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala and truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The food was absolutely amazing, with a great variety and excellent quality throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to both the Front Office and F&B teams for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it and upgrade our room. We would especially like to thank Malisha, who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with the extension and room upgrade. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you to the entire team at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala for making our holiday such a memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, delicious food, and a relaxing stay. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Bay Hotel. The food was amazing, Staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Malisha, who was incredibly helpful when we decided to extend our stay. Her kindness, efficiency, and excellent service made the process smooth and stress free.
