Myself and my friend had dinner at the Fire Restaurant located within Cinnamon Bay Beruwala Sri Lanka. We had outstanding service from Buddika and Nilupul. Great job 🥳keep it up🥰

Exceptional hospitality, food & service by the hotel staff. Especially great service by Mr. Nishantha Alawatta (sous chef), Mr. Dinesh Wattava (R&B manager) and Mr. Danushka at Bufe restaurant. We enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala.

We have just returned from 10 blissful nights at this hotel. Our stay from start to finish was magical. The hotel is immaculate, our room was beautiful and the food and choice of restaurants were excellent. The loungers were beautiful and pool towels were provided. The most impressive thing about this hotel is the staff. All the staff; reception, bar staff, cleaners, waiters, pool staff were all really friendly and professional. Malaka, the manager was so professional and helpful. He arranged for us to have dinner on the last night in 'noodles' restaurant. The little touches they did to make us feel special brought tears to my eyes. I can't recommend this place strong enough. Anybody that leaves a bad review is just being ridiculous. We had 5 star treatment throughout our stay. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, we will be back. Lots of love Emma and Clive UK xx

Great location and nice hotel. Its a BIG hotel, not too far from Colombo, with a large pool and a lovely beach front that also looks like a rock pool. Friendly staff and excellent service (particularly by Mekala at the buffet). The buffet food was tasty. A little more menu planning at the dinner buffet would be nice because my 5yr who can't eat spice had hardly any options on the first day (but the second day was better). The only real negative was the lack of AC at the buffet restaurant in the middle of a tropical heatwave! But all in all it's a good family hotel.
