This hotel is large but has a very friendly staff. Food was wonderfull. Lovely rooms and. pool/beach. It is a pity that it hosts a lot of impolite Russians. But you can ignore them

I would like to extend my appreciation for the excellent service provided throughout our stay. The check-in process was handled by Geethma, who offered an exceptionally warm welcome. She efficiently explained all the necessary details and personally escorted us to the room. I had mentioned that it was my younger child’s birthday, and she kindly offered to arrange a cake for dinner and assist with the reservation. Her attentiveness and willingness to help were truly commendable. The room was well-prepared upon arrival, with all amenities in place. Cleanliness was maintained to a high standard, and the room temperature was perfectly set for comfort. During the daytime, although the beach area was quite warm, Samantha was very helpful in arranging a आराम relaxing spot for us on the sunbeds. In the evening, we thoroughly enjoyed both the kids’ pool and the main pool facilities. At the pool bar, we ordered sandwiches and beverages, which were delivered promptly. The food quality was very good, and Supun provided excellent service, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout. For dinner, Nalaka, Dinesh, Maheshi, and the entire team delivered outstanding service. They went the extra mile by arranging a surprise birthday cake for my child, which made the occasion truly special. The food selection was diverse and catered well to all preferences. Additionally, breakfast service was equally impressive, with Dinesh once again providing exceptional service and attention. Overall, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuine hospitality, making our experience truly memorable.

Sulara at noodles restaurant was lovely and looked after us so well. We really enjoyed the noodles restaurant and Sulara made it a very special occasion.

Damith - our POC for room serivce did a fabulous job in helping us experience wine in the best possible way. He arranged ice buckets instantly and also taught us best way to enjoy the drink!
