Club Hotel Dolphin

We chose Club Hotel Dolphin to celebrate our only daughter’s seventh birthday because she loves beach resorts, and it proved to be a wonderful choice. Our sincere appreciation goes to Ms. Sethmi Navodya for handling our reservation with great care, professionalism, and attention to every request. A very special recognition must go to Ms. Naduni Edirisinghe, whose exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed our family warmly by name and made us feel genuinely valued. She arranged the room exactly as requested, prepared pool towels in advance, regularly checked on our comfort, and personally ensured that every detail of our stay was taken care of. The birthday cake-cutting arrangement during breakfast was a beautiful surprise and created a precious memory for our daughter. Naduni’s warmth, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care went far beyond our expectations and reflected true customer service excellence. Our heartfelt thanks to Naduni, Sethmi, and the entire Club Hotel Dolphin team for making our daughter’s birthday celebration so special. We would gladly recommend this hotel to any family seeking a memorable beach resort experience with outstanding hospitality.

It was an amazing day in Club Hotel Dolphin. Foods are incredibly delicious. Buffet was so good. Lot of varieties. Excellent.

It was a fabulous stay. Foods are very delicious and unlimited buffet. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Specially have to mention naduni she is so kind and helpful.

Dolphin is our usual place to select for family gatheirngs and the stay is wonderful. Thnak you for the hospitality

+ Well maintained + Very peaceful + good food + HK exceptional + People Management _ Poor management _ Very average F&B service We had a very bitter experience in this resort, though its overall good place for holiday. Management staff are too busy to attend their personal agenda by compromising guest service. At Restaurant, zero management presence, all of them are busy taking food from buffet and enjoying eating together. At Restaurant, tables no cutlery, no water service and not even proper clearance at all. Room service is unobtainable, we order basic 3 chicken S/W and Club but after two hours of waiting we received only 3 club s/w… simply no commitment to deliver right service. We try to enjoy watching World Cup games live but too much disruption on TV, barely we can see a neat game till end. The GM of this hotel is taking undue advantage of the kindness of owners trusting….as a result very poor management at floor. Totally unacceptable, can keep writing but it’ll be wasted. Do not stay here if you would expt basic service. We are group of 6 rooms for 3 nights stay.
