I am satisfied with entire service is good. Peaceful atmosphere. Good food. My kids enjoyed in the po area.

This is an absolutely superb hotel one of the very best I have stayed at anywhere in the world. It’s a large complex with a very relaxing atmosphere and a semi open set up where other than the guest rooms the rest of the hotel has no walls but high ceilings with lots of fans to keep you cool. The food is really good and you can eat traditional Sri Lankan food or western cuisine both of which were always exceptional well cooked. The bars are chilled and relaxing, the pools are large with a more chilled smaller pool available on the edge of the site. The staff are so incredibly kind and friendly, and having stayed over new year the new year gala dinner that was put on outside was truly incredible and all included in the package. Another example of getting the little details right is that our last day was a religious day so no alcohol could be served, but staff brought round a couple of 500ml cans of Lion Lager to put in our fridge so we could have a drink on the balcony if we wished. Genuinely exceptional hotel which I would highly recommend. One minor point to note - you cannot withdraw cash on site and the nearest cashpoint is 3km away, so plan ahead. You can exchange currency for currency at the hotel though.

It's a very clean and beautiful hotel with a large area, and the food is delicious and varied. There's also a very loyal chef who takes special care of the little guests, and sometimes they even cook for them separately. The animation team is amazing, and they provide entertainment almost every day with various games. Dancing and water aerobics are my favorite parts. I would love to return to this hotel again.
