Club Hotel Dolphin

Fantastic location with beautiful views. Positive and uplifting vibe. Room is comfortable with a fast response when attention was needed. Good value as food was plentiful and delicious. The restaurant staff are all very friendly and helpful. The Animation team are great, special shout out it Hemel. Great happy team. The evening entertainment in the Aqua bar was a bit dull. The reception team were ok but I did not feel they were as obliging as the rest of the staff.

In general it was very nice! The hotelroom was perfect! It looks beautiful and clean. The location is perfect! Beautiful pool and just next to the beach. Staff were very nice and helpfull! The only dissapointment was breakfast sundaymorning. It was so buzy that you could tell staff could not manage it. We arrived around 9 for breakfast and there was no clean table free, we had to ask someone if they could clean a table for us. At the buffet lot of dishes were finished. They even run out of cups and plates and we had to waite for new ones. At some places of the buffet we didn't even bother to get food because there were so many people waiting. So a very good stay with a little disappointment at the end, but not entirerly the fault of the staff at the restaurant. Maybe for the hotel try to manage more the amount of guests with the amount of staff in the restaurant. Thank you so much and we'll see you back in two weeks!

I'll make it short and sweet. My stay at the hotel wasn't a long one but memorable: I loved the location - right there at the beach/ocean, the spacious room that came with a view and the rich selection of food, both local and Western. As to the staff, everyone was most attentive and helpful; especially two ladies stood out, namely, Naduni and Shaani. Thank you for making my stay an enjoyable one!!

I feel the experience was worth the price I paid for it. I stayed for one night here, and the rooms were clean and comfy. Food was the best part here, as there was alot of variety and the restaurant staff, in particular, chef Chanuka were outstanding in service. Mr.Chanuka was always so friendly and ensured that all our requests were met efficiently. Facilities were also really good, such as a huge pool and pool bar with a DJ, beach with a good sunset view, play areas for kids..etc. Overall, I thought it was a really good experience given the price I paid for it.
