On behalf of FAL Team, I would like to extend our sincere appreciation to The Club Dolphin Hotel staff for the exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality extended to us during our long weekend stay at the hotel. Our experience was truly memorable. The dedication and the welcoming nature of the team ensured a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The food was excellent, with everyone thoroughly enjoying the dining experience. We would especially like to mention Mrs Nirmalee, Mr Lakmal and Mr Yapa from the Front Office for their assistance and warm hospitality. They were very accommodating throughout our stay. Their exceptional efficiency in handling the check-in and welcoming us was much appreciated. The staff also provided speedy personalised service. Your hard work and friendly attitude really enhanced our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff attending to details made our stay relaxed and unforgettable.
