I had a wonderful stay at Club Palm Bay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. A special appreciation goes to the friendly and professional F&B Manager, Lahiru, and his team for their outstanding service. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly enhanced our dining experience. The Housekeeping team, including both supervisors, did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and offered a beautiful view, making our stay even more comfortable. The food was undoubtedly one of the highlights. There was an impressive variety during the Easter lunch, dinner, and breakfast—easily some of the best food in the region. The pool area is unique and very well maintained, with a well-secured lifeguard present at all times. Poolside service, led by Gunasinghe and his team, was exceptional and added great value to the overall experience. Overall, we truly appreciate the excellent service, cleanliness, and hospitality extended to us during our stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

I had a great dinner at this hotel. The staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming, and they assisted us promptly with all the necessary information. The food was excellent, with a wide range of delicious options available, making the buffet truly enjoyable, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Overall, it was a very satisfying dinner, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I was at the Palm Bay Club from the 28th to the 29th (one night). The location is really attractive—very green. Large space within the chelate. Large Restuarant and pool for kids. Main pool is also large. Various activities in Th pool for adults. Restaurant is very clean and Th staff is very attentive.( Mr Mahima, was very helpful, attend our every need as we were with two kids) Room service is also very good. Room window is open for greener garden. Our room was in front of the bay. Quite calm cleaner garden. Good place to relax with kids/ couples. Food was average. There was a good spread for the buffet. Some of the dishes on avarage taste. But some of the dishes on next level. Staff was very Freindly. Spacious parking. Resident manager Jeewantha also a kind and very helpful person. Overall a good stay. Thanks club palm Bay.

The hotel is located in a lagoon side. It has amaizing view. Awesome place to relax. Food is amaizing. We had next to each other rooms. Sraff also friendly and kind thank you angela for helping us durinv the sray. We will be back soon.
