The hotel is located in a lagoon side. It has amaizing view. Awesome place to relax. Food is amaizing. We had next to each other rooms. Sraff also friendly and kind thank you angela for helping us durinv the sray. We will be back soon.

Returning to the hotel 7 years on after 3 fantastic stays here to management changed and a very different hotel . Gone are the customer centered hospitality to being all about money . The staff that remembered us tried to make our stay welcoming ie housekeeping , pool staff and one bar manager but we felt very disappointed on our return . The hotel was constantly being taken over by local day visitors which led to the restaurant not coping with the extra people and the focused on them and ignored the international guests and the queues in the restaurant were inexcusable which leads me on to poor food which was many cold . One manager tried to resolve it but still cold food . Also during every meal time blaring music which stopped any conversation ridiculous and we were told we should have expected this as Club is in the name of the hotel really . The rude French animation team constantly play disco music all day around the pool even when nobody wanted it We had resort to eat outside the hotel as we got fed up with the restaurant despite having conversations with the management who didn’t resolve anything. We booked with Mercury holidays and asked for something towards our unexpected food costs resulting in them calling me a liar and and only taking the hotel words over their customer again totally unacceptable In sum if you like some of the above then this is the hotel for if not just don’t go there

Absolutely Stunning location if you like peace and quiet with beautiful grounds and a great selection of Curries. Fantastic Staff and Very Helpful Easy to get to from the Airport and cheap local taxis on Uber. It's a Gem and well worth a visit
