Club Palm Bay

We recently had a family gathering at Club Palm Bay, Marawila, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. From the moment we made our reservation, the staff was exceptionally helpful and professional. They regularly followed up through emails and phone calls, ensuring that all our requirements were understood and accommodated. Even on the day of check-in, the staff contacted us to check our location and estimated arrival time, making sure our rooms were ready when we arrived. The hospitality we received from check-in to check-out was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We did not encounter a single negative issue during our stay. All amenities, including bathroom essentials, tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning, lighting, and towels, were perfectly arranged and of excellent quality. During the evening, we had a small birthday celebration. In addition to the arrangements we had made, the hotel pleasantly surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake. This thoughtful gesture made the occasion even more special and demonstrated their commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests. The food was another highlight of our stay. The buffet spreads for dinner, breakfast, and lunch offered a wide variety of choices. The staff was always willing to assist and serve guests whenever needed. I particularly enjoyed the local dishes and desserts, which were delicious and authentic. The swimming pool and pool bar facilities were excellent. There was always a dedicated staff member nearby to assist guests, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I have travelled to many destinations and stayed at numerous hotels, but I have rarely experienced such warm and attentive hospitality. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the hotel management, the Resident Manager, the reservations team, and all other staff members who contributed to making our stay so enjoyable. A special thank you goes to Niranjan, Jude, and Lahiru for their exceptional service and for making our family gathering truly memorable. One day was simply not enough to fully experience everything this beautiful property has to offer. We will definitely return for a two- or three-day stay in the future. I highly recommend Club Palm Bay to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, comfortable accommodation, great food, and outstanding service. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great atmosphere and lovely ambiance. The service was decent, though the menu lacked a bit of variety. A good spot for a relaxing evening, but there is room for improvement with the food options and thanks so much diwan and jude for services night party and breakfast
