We had a fantastic stay at Club Palm Bay Marawila, but what really stood out for us was the genuine warmth and service of the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone — from the gate staff and reception to the activity team, housekeeping and even the cleaners and sweepers — seemed genuinely happy to be doing their jobs. They weren’t just being polite; they seemed to genuinely care about whether their guests were enjoying themselves. This level of warmth and service is especially lovely to experience as a local guest. I found myself watching the staff during our stay, and what impressed me most was how they interacted with families. There was a nun staying at the hotel whom they were taking such good care of, and the way the staff went out of their way to make children happy — organising games, dancing with them and getting them involved — was exceptional. You could really see that they wanted their guests to have a good time. The facilities are also excellent for a family holiday. There is genuinely something for everyone. We played tennis, water polo, volleyball and table tennis, went cycling, and enjoyed the many outdoor activities and organised games. The children and teenagers have plenty to keep them occupied, while there are also lots of options for adults and older family members. The spacious rooms were comfortable, and the whole experience gave us a wonderful opportunity for screen-free, healthy family fun — something that is increasingly difficult to find! A special thank you to the entire team. The service really reflects good leadership: it is clear that the culture of caring for guests has been passed down to everyone, from the gate lady to the person sweeping the grounds. ❤️ We had a lovely time and would happily recommend Club Palm Bay for a family holiday.
