Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon

I visited the hotel on June 20th with my company staff (Softlogic)there was amazing service by Mss.Tharushi Nayanathara who worked in restaurant. Beautiful Hotel and Good service 👍

Our family had a fantastic stay at Hikka Tranz, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities. The buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and we especially enjoyed the live cooking station. What made our stay truly special was the warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone from reception and the restaurant team to the bar staff, pool attendants, and security was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Joshua for his outstanding service and kindness throughout our stay. We had a memorable holiday and would happily recommend Hikka Tranz to anyone visiting Hikkaduwa.

There was one incident that still upsets me, as I do not understand why it happened, and it somewhat spoiled my stay. The bell attendant collected our luggage, which included two suitcases, one hand-luggage bag, and three plastic bags containing wet clothes. When we reached the hotel exit, we could not find our belongings. After looking around, we discovered that they had been left outside the hotel, directly on the ground beside the steps. I felt that this showed a lack of care and respect for our belongings. Only our luggage had been placed on the ground, while the other guests’ luggage was either on luggage carts or kept safely inside the hotel.

I had a wonderful day outing at this hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and very relaxing. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and all the facilities were well maintained. The pool and recreational areas were excellent, making it a perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. A special thank you to Janitha at the Tropic Bar for the outstanding service. He was friendly, professional, and made our visit even more enjoyable with his warm hospitality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing day outing. I look forward to visiting again!

An excellent location with Fantastic people on the down south costal belt. Highly recommend with a very homey and friendly atmosphere. Rooms are well kept and spacious. Definitely a place i will keep coming back to.
