Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon

Had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Hikka Tranz! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely amazing. The hotel has a beautiful location right by the ocean, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options. What really made our stay special was the friendly, welcoming, and professional staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. The overall experience was excellent — great service, beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable beach holiday in Hikkaduwa! 🌴🌊❤️

Stayed one night with my family in Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon. Overall memorable stay at a beautiful oceanfront location. stunning ocean view through the room balcony. Expansive pool area added more value to the view. Pool vibe is at its best in the evening sunset. Impressive Buffet spread for dinner and the breakfast with choices for both local and western tastes. The rooms are a bit dated and could use a modern refresh. A warmer, more welcoming attitude from the team would definitely improve the overall experience. Despite a few flaws, highly recommended this oceanfront hotel

The pool bar service was amazing and the staff is very friendly (barmans - raveesha, viraj, mendis, sithmina and chathuri )

We visited the hotel and stayed in Room No. 215. The hotel is very beautiful and located in a lovely place with easy access to Hikkaduwa Beach. One of the highlights was being able to see turtles at the beach in the morning and afternoon, which was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed spending time at both the swimming pool and the beach. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our only concern was a communication issue upon arrival. When we entered our room for the first time, there was a maintenance person inside repairing the safe. It was quite a shocking and uncomfortable moment, as we were not informed beforehand and certainly did not expect this when entering our room. Apart from this initial experience, we enjoyed our stay very much. With better communication and coordination during check-in, the overall experience would have been even better.
