Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon

The AC in our room is not cooling properly at night, and we had to use a fan to sleep. The room and bathroom setup feel quite old, and even the first-floor elevator is not working. The food quality here is far below expectations. There is limited variety, and none of the dishes were enjoyable. Compared to other hotels of similar standard, the buffet here was a very poor experience.

We had a wonderful time at Hikka Tranz, the food and service from the team was great. This was our second time and will come again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hikka Tranz. The food was excellent, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. The rooms were average but comfortable. The pool was amazing, especially the hot water pool, and the pool bar was good as well. In the morning, the private beach access was a great advantage. Watching and feeding the turtles was a new and memorable experience for us. Snorkeling right in front of the hotel was incredible—I was thrilled to see a group of baby sharks. It was truly amazing! Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel

A good place to enjoy the ocean view and nice place to go for a safe splash in the sea. We were able to watch turtles as well. It was a great experience. The fire limbo performance was excellent. Better if the hotel had more parking space.
