We recently stayed in Hikka for 12 nights - family 2 +1 We have been very warmed welcomed upon the arrival and whole stay was fabulous and we are highly recommended this hotel, room view is absolutely breathtaking What makes this place so good is people who are working there Sashika the lifeguard and day dj 😊 great vibe and great service Tamasha restaurant and bar manager, it was a pleasure to meet you and your team doing fab job looking after the customers Renuka we always have been welcomed to restaurant with smile and positive attitude Sanjeewa and Sampath great service during the meals, guys are absolute gems and they will look after you Dinesh who if not him will look after your room and make fancy towel animals Overall stay was brilliant we may see you soon again

A very special thank you to the team that handled our reservation and to the amazing Front Office Department. We had a rather complicated reservation due to several last-minute room changes and changes to our departure plans. Despite the challenges, the team handled everything with remarkable professionalism, patience, and efficiency. Every request was managed smoothly, and they always remained calm, friendly, and accommodating. Their willingness to assist and find solutions made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free for us. We are truly grateful for their dedication and outstanding service. Thank you Mr. Dinesh from Housekeepingc for the excellent room service, attention to detail, and the care shown throughout our stay. From the Security Department to Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and every other department, every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth and beautiful smiles, making us feel safe, comfortable, and valued throughout our stay. One thing that truly stood out to us across Cinnamon Hotels is how every guest is treated equally with the same care and respect. Whether local guests or international tourists, there is absolutely no difference in the hospitality shown. The entire staff treats everyone with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. This level of inclusiveness is something truly special and deserves recognition. Another thoughtful detail we noticed was how the hotel manages the crows around the property. At first, I was concerned and wondered whether the birds were being harmed, but it was truly heartwarming to see that the team ensures they are safely guided away without causing them any harm. It is remarkable to see how much respect and care you show towards nature while maintaining the comfort of your guests. This commitment to protecting wildlife and living in harmony with nature is something we deeply appreciate and admire. It is one of the reasons we genuinely root for the Cinnamon Group and the values it represents. In many ways, this compassion made the property feel even more magical and special. As animal lovers, seeing even a single bird harmed would have been very upsetting for us and could have completely changed our experience. Instead, what we witnessed was kindness, humanity, and responsibility, which left us with even greater respect for your team and your organization. We were warmly welcomed and truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff greeted us with a cheerful “Ayubowan”, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time we met them. The dinner buffet offered a limited variety, but the breathtaking views from our balcony more than made up for it. Breakfast was satisfying and well-prepared. However, as we were leaving, we felt the front office staff were more focused on their tasks than on guest service, which slightly reduced the sense of hospitality we had experienced earlier. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with memorable moments, highlighted by the warm greetings, beautiful views, and good food.

The best thing first: the food in the hotel is very nice, particularly the desserts can be recommended. The rooms are okay, the pool area is also nice. The beach is not private, which means that it’s quite crowded. The problem, however, is how the hotel is managing the guests. They demand that every guest wear a paper tag around the arm in order to be identified as a guest, facilitate for Security, and stop strangers from entering from the public beach. This happens immediately after check-in. Not The best welcome, quite frankly, a bit imposing and slightly inhospitable. Although we did-after protesting not have to carry the tag. There must be other ways of organising this!!!

Rooms are outdated, not too many choices in dinner, stains all over sofa in room, rude guests who acted like the pool was their backyard, people swimming with their outside clothes on. DISGUSTING!, Instagram reels of indian people’s behaviour seems to be real, not ai.
