Royal Palms Beach Hotel

"We stayed at Royal Palm Beach just before the New Year and had a top-notch experience. From the security team to the reception, room service, and restaurant staff, the service was consistently high-standard. The buffet spread was truly impressive. We want to give a special thanks to Dishani at the reception; her extra help and the thoughtful birthday cake she arranged made my stay unforgettable. Keep up the excellent work!"

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. We truly enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable stay. Special thank goes to Mr. Kasun (Assistant Manager) for the warm hospitality.

The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly especially a staff member called Uthpala

Dilhani at the Reception was sooo nice - she is such a nice person. She explained everything to us and showed us our room. The Hotel was very nice and everybody is so friendly and smiles! All in all the Holiday was a dream holiday!
