Royal Palms Beach Hotel

Me and my wife ( we are from Germany )had a really nice time here at the Hotel. We stayed around ten days and every day was a real pleasure. The complete staff ist super friendly an does everything to help and support you. I would recommend everybody to choose an All inclusive stay otherwise its a litte complicated. The buffet is huge and even at breakfast there is live cooking. The Bars have really good Drinks and I want to mention the Pool Bar guys which are really friendly. I also want to mention that Chanata from Room Service was extremely firendly to us. In total an awesome stay!! Thanks a lot.

My stay at Royal Palms Beach was truly wonderful. From the very first moments, I felt genuinely welcomed thanks to the incredibly kind and professional staff. The team was always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist with any request. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which greatly enhanced the overall experience. One of the hotel’s biggest strengths was the food – diverse, fresh, and absolutely delicious every day. Both breakfasts and dinners were of excellent quality, with plenty of options for everyone. The hotel restaurant impressed not only with taste but also with beautiful presentation of the dishes. The atmosphere throughout the property was calm and perfect for relaxation. The facilities were well organized and carefully maintained. I would definitely recommend Royal Palms Beach to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service.

I have had many massages in Sri Lanka over the years I have spent time here . I have finally found a lovely polite girl named Iresha who does an excellent massage , very experienced , asks questions before the massage so she is fully aware of how you require your massage. , The room and towels are very clean , surrounding areas very relaxing and excellent value for money . I highly recommend if you are staying at the Royal Palm to have a massage with Iresha you won't be dissapointed .I will.definitely be back

Service was amazing, food was stunning, rooms clean and very comfortable. Tharindu on reception was so helpful.... Nothing was too much trouble... Will definitely return 👍

We loved the hotel the food was lovely staff were so nice it was walking distance to the shops The tuk tuk 🛺 drivers outside were amazing one in particular was very cheap spoke perfect English and took us many places went above and beyond helping us I would highly recommend him his name is HARIN his what's app number is +94776140386
