All the staff are lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed the activities organised by Lahiru - water aerobics, yoga, etc. and also had great massages at the spa.

Had a fantastic time, the room was spacious and clean, the food was great and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Raveen for the extra help, we will definitely be coming here again.

Right from the check-in, the entire experience at Royal Palms Hotel was truly pleasant and memorable. They thoughtfully arranged a room with a direct sea view exactly as per our request, which made our stay even more special. The reception staff, especially Tharindu, was extremely helpful and ensured that all our requests were attended to with great care and professionalism. The room was spacious, cosy, and beautifully arranged, creating a very relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. All six meals during our stay were served as buffets, and the food was absolutely delicious. The variety and spread were impressive, while the taste and quality were exceptional. The restaurant team, headed by Chandra, was superbly hospitable and looked after the guests warmly and attentively. A special mention goes to the young aspiring trainee Maleesha, who truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. The pool area was another highlight of the stay. The jacuzzi and especially the air bubble feature made the experience extremely enjoyable and relaxing. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Royal Palms Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and hospitable getaway.
