We have chose Royal Palm as our New Year stay. Due to holiday season we saw many local guests arriving, but without any delay front office managed to check-in quickly while we went to dinner. Our room was spotless. All amenities were there, easy access to the pool and restaurant (134). Foods were astonishing! Especially Sri Lankan corner, many varieties from Chef. Pool is immense and it’s connected via a wonderful water tunnel. You can experience water bubbles like in a jacuzzi. Kids were enjoyed with water adventures. Property spread over large area. Perfect !

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. We truly enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable stay. Special thank goes to Mr. Kasun (Assistant Manager) for the warm hospitality.

Dilhani at the Reception was sooo nice - she is such a nice person. She explained everything to us and showed us our room. The Hotel was very nice and everybody is so friendly and smiles! All in all the Holiday was a dream holiday!
