Our experience at Taj Bentota was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. A special mention to Dilan & Asiri from palms. Rashmika from housekeeping . Sumit from shack and Anjan from oriental pavillion! Our overall experience at the hotel was very heartwarming & memorable ! Will surely revisit soon

We stayed at the Taj Bentota Resort and Spa from 15-18 May 2026. The property was excellent and we had a great time. The food and service at The Palms restaurant was great. We would like to highlight two individuals namely Sam at the Palms restaurant and Saman from the housekeeping department who were very helpful and went an extra mile to make our stay all the more pleasant.

Stellar experience! Great location, great atmosphere if you are looking for a serene holiday and super super close to the beach. The hospitality is unmatched with staff like Dillan, Sushanti (from the Spa), and Guyan (who always made a towel-animal for us in the room that got us all cracked up!) The Shack is a must must visit. Well done, Taj and thank you for an amazing stay.

We had an amazing stay at Taj Bentota 3 days— the property, service, and overall experience were exceptional. A heartfelt thanks to Chef Dalip Singh for his outstanding hospitality and truly delicious meals. His attention to detail, warmth, and culinary expertise made our dining experience unforgettable. Chef Dilip’s personal care and dedication added a very special touch to our stay. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again!

We stayed at taj bentota resort for 3 night and we had an amazing experience be it food cleanliness or beach access.. Star of our stay was chef dalip singh who served delicious and fantastic vegetarian food at breakfast and dinner.. Food he cooked was fresh and made from heart.. My family really enjoyed a lot and he is so friendly that he understands what a family needs.. Thank you for your effort.. Highly appreciable.
