My daughter has a severe dairy allergy and Mr . Samantha from the restaurant was very accommodating to her dietary needs and handled all her meals with extreme care.Thanks to his exceptional service she had and enjoyable and safe stay at the hotel were we didn’t have to worry about her meals. Special thanks to Mr. Ravindra and Mr.Damith as well.

It’s very memorable our trip to Bentota in Taj Hotel in Srilanka specifically with their food service and their staff and with Daleep Singh & Ravindra in F&B. They r so polite and friendly to everyone and with us to offer multiple options of food and drinks. I love their service. Rooms i didn’t like at all it’s not worth to pay with TAJ name because very basic room with very very poor Air Conditioning and room fittings .

We had an amazing dining experience at Taj Bentota, all thanks to Chef Jasvir Singh. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was prepared with so much care and attention to detail. What made our experience even more special was that he went out of his way to prepare customized dishes for us and personally came to our table to check if we were enjoying the meal. His warmth, hospitality, and genuine care made us feel truly valued as guests. It's rare to meet someone so passionate about both food and guest experience. Thank you, Chef, for making our stay even more memorable. We can't wait to visit again!

Excellent location. Low noise level. Rooms are average. Being old property, cleanliness level needs to be improved. Overall good atmosphere. The service in the Palm Restaurant was excellent and each one deserves appreciation,particularly, special food preferences of our two little ones. In this context,I would like to mention Dileep and G Sarathkumar in the kitchen.
