Tangerine Beach Hotel

Clean and well arranged rooms. Less variety but tasty food. No beach. Should not promote the Hand Band since it is not safe and very uncomfortable. Hotel staff should find another good and new way to identify their guests. Sorry to say that the Hand Band practice is only applicable to locals not for the foreign guests. Front office staff should be flexible.

The hotel has a beautiful and peaceful ambience which is felt from the lobby area right throughout the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the wifi was fully integrated. The bathroom is neat and the shower had nice flow of hot water. When some issues arose with the TV it was immediately seen to by the maintenance team. Breakfast was scrumptious. The pool was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The grounds are kept neat and there is a guard on duty 24/7. Thanks for a lovely stay.

It was a wonderful weekend I spent with my kids at hotel Tangerine. We were provided with excellently arranged interconnected rooms in time. The customer service was professional friendly and genuinely heartfelt, it made the experience wonderful. I would especially like to thank Mr Chathuranga the Room Division Manager for his exceptional hospitality and for making our stay truly wonderful.
