Super friendly staff. Clean hotel. Excellent breakfast. Rooms a little small. Pool underwhelming. Overall beautiful property and great location.

Our stay was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we received warm, welcoming, and attentive hospitality. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist us whenever needed. The entire experience was comfortable, pleasant, and memorable. We genuinely appreciated the care and hospitality extended to us throughout our stay. The ambience, service, and overall arrangements were excellent, making our visit even more enjoyable. We are grateful for the wonderful experience and would be happy to recommend this place to others. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anantara Riverside Bangkok and would happily stay here again. The hotel is high quality, with beautiful grounds, a lovely riverside setting and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after exploring the city. The pool was a great place to relax, and one of the highlights of our stay was the hotel boat service, which made getting around Bangkok both convenient and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the local recommendations. We visited the Jurassic World attraction on the hotel’s suggestion. Our 7-year-old daughter loved it, but we found some parts a little intense for our 4-year-old son, so parents with younger children may wish to keep that in mind. During our stay there were some works taking place near the pool area. There was occasional banging for short periods while we were relaxing by the pool, but it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t significantly affect our holiday. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities in a peaceful riverside location. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose Anantara Riverside again when visiting Bangkok.

Had a fantastic 3 night stay with family en route to Koh samui. Check in was very calming and our rooms were ready early which was great after long flight. Hotel is spotless and rooms were large and spacious. Breakfast was delicious - we sat outside overlooking the river. Fresh fruit , smoothies, omelette station , fresh breads and also Asian hot food. We availed of the complimentary shuttle boat and went to icon Siam - huge shopping centre. We also used it to connect with sky train and also to connect with the complementary shuttle boat to Asiatique. We ate in Trader Vics our first evening which was delicious but expensive compared to eating out in Bangkok We had a drink in sky bar in the adjoining hotel one evening (expensive but great view) We really enjoyed our few days in Bangkok. Taxis are very cheap or can get tuk tuks to anywhere. . The city is very busy but the hotel and its setting make you feel you are in a resort it is very calm and the staff are so friendly The only negative we had was the shower in bathroom was hard to manage temperature ( very old style) and bath that shower was in was very high so if you have mobility issues it could be difficult. Other than that it was a brilliant stay
