Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort

This is the resort like hotel located in one of the Bangkok’s prime area where we can unwind and fully relax away from the hustle and bustle of this capital city. Our suite was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very close to the river where we can sit at the balcony and enjoy watching the time pass by both day and night. The welcome amenities were also so generous. Service was also top notch. we would like to thank all of the individual ladies in Kasara lounge whom we can’t remember all of their name but from the first moment of check-in upon arrival until the very last moment of check-out, we could observe generosity, kindness, service mindset, and attention to details which truly represented Thai’s hospitality. The food and beverage quality in the outlets as well as in the lounge was at good quality standard especially what we like the most was a la carte breakfast menu in the lounge that has a good spread of wide variety. This is one of the most memorable stay that we will be looking forwards to be back soon.

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we felt welcome. The check-in process still takes far too long, but after that we were escorted to our room and our luggage was delivered shortly afterwards. Pros: * The river front room was fantastic. It was wonderful to enjoy the scenery both during the day and in the evening. * Certain drinks from the minibar were included in the room rate and were replenished every day. * Every evening, housekeeping stopped by to make sure everything in the room was in order. * The pool area is very pleasant, and there is plenty of space for everyone. A wide variety of food and drinks is available, although the prices are on the higher side. * The hotel offers its own shuttle boat service to the Icon Siam shopping mall and the nearby Skytrain station. * The rooms are extremely comfortable, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable and incredibly wide. We slept very well every night. * Breakfast is not really breakfast—it is more like a lunch buffet. There is absolutely everything you could want. You can also order specialty coffees and a variety of tea drinks. Cons: * There is still nowhere in the room to hang swimsuits and towels to dry. I already provided feedback about this a couple of years ago, but unfortunately nothing has changed. We also joined the hotel’s dinner cruise, where we enjoyed an extensive set menu. It was a very pleasant experience, and during the two-hour cruise we saw beautiful sights along the river, including several temples. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend adding the wine package.

Great kids club jasmine and colleague love kids and made sure our two boys had a great time. They said it was the best fun they had through out their stay

We had an excellent experience at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made our stay feel relaxing and enjoyable. The location was convenient and provided a ferry service across the river to Icon Siam. The service was outstanding, and every detail was handled with care. Want to highly recommend the Sala Lakorn dinner experience due to the amazing entertainment and buffet dinner. Also want to emphasize their focus on health and wellness: we participated in the ice bath challenge and they had a wellness center for vitamin infusions. The gym also had all the equipment I need. Shout out to the coach there; he was very nice and welcoming. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thailand. We would definitely stay here again.
